This apartment is very comfortable and in a good location. It is easy to walk into the centre of Chester along the canal or along part of the city walls.

We had a fantastic stay in Megan's cottage. It had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. Everything was clean, tidy and super cosy - exactly what we needed after being out and about each day. As other reviews have said it is behind a pub, but we didn't find it an issue at all. Everything was quiet after 11pm if not earlier, and the mornings were so peaceful we couldn't believe how central we actually were. A perfect place to stay when visiting Chester and surrounds.

10 of us stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Justin was incredibly responsive, answering all queries prior to arrival. The venue was perfect! Great sized bedrooms and communal areas for us to enjoy. Very close to great nightlife and the train station too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a city-centre venue for a large group. Only niggle was the mattresses have seen better days. Cheap and you can feel the springs (so not the most comfortable to sleep on). Otherwise, brilliant!

Staying in Port Sunlight is truly inspiring. The Art gallery and museum well worth a visit. Also The Bridge and Hulme Hall for a slap up breakfast or light lunch. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for the four of us. Lovely and warm for February too.

Absolutely perfect! We stayed here as a group of 10, and everyone loved it. The hosts were extremely helpful during the booking process, answering any questions and giving us all the information we needed whenever we needed it. They were flexible with check-in and out times to suit us, knowing we were travelling a large distance. On arrival the house was immaculate. Spotless every room, so much space for everyone, with almost all of the bedrooms having a private bathroom. The hosts even left us a few beers and chocolate to welcome us! Check-in was extremely easy, met at the door when we arrived and shown around the property. Super friendly and really helpful giving local recommendations whilst making us feel at home right away. 5 star doesn't do it justice, the property and hosts are fantastic and I'd highly recommend for anyone wanting to stop near Liverpool or wanting a spacious property with friends. Will definitely be booking again in the future if we're ever in the area!

Stayed for a hen night, great location didn’t take long to get into the centre but was a quiet neighbourhood which was nice.

I cannot recommend this place enough, lovely clean, big house, with everything you could want during your stay and also has a pretty garden with furniture. April was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Its only a short walk to the train station and local shops. My family had a great weekend and the house beat my expectations. If i have another occasion to be in the area i would love to book the home again.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a family city break. We stayed with our two children and they had plenty of space to play in the lounge and we all slept well in the comfy beds. It was warm and the kitchen was well-equipped. Walkable to museums, shops, cinema, harbour, etc. We got a bus direct from the airport to nearly outside. There is some building work going on to the exterior of the building but don't let this put you off - we didn't detect much noise at all. There is a light in the hall outside that goes on when neighbours walk past so if you need total darkness to sleep I'd recommend bringing a portable blackout blind. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel really welcome, we really enjoyed meeting them. Something that we really appreciated was how accommodating they were with letting us drop luggage off early. It was such a nice touch that there were supplies in the fridge! Very nicely located for walking into town to visit places of interest and restaurants. Parking to the rear of the flat was very convenient. Flat located close to university though pleasantly quiet. As flat is on the top floor please bear in mind the number of stairs if that is an issue. For us this was fine as travelling lightly. Comfortable stay in well equipped flat. Electric radiators were much appreciated as we stayed during a cold spell. Very suitable for three visitors. Excellent bathroom and shower. Comfortable beds.

We stayed in this lovely apartment over the Christmas holiday period. It was exactly as we had hoped. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane. The apartment had a high level of security and we felt comfortable that our car was in a safe place. The photos of the apartment are very accurate. The main bedroom is very spacious and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. We found the bed very comfortable. The second bedroom is smaller and uses the main bathroom. The living area has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinner and there was plenty of space. Everything was very clean and warm. The apartment is clearly used and loved by the owners, it has many personal touches which makes it feel very homely. The owners had very kindly decorated the apartment with a lovely Christmas tree, which we really enjoyed. They also left us some lovely goodies. They were very helpful and accommodating regarding flexibility of check in and out.

It was like a home away from home! This was out first Airbnb experience and it went so smoothly so thank you 😊 train station 100m away making easy access into Liverpool.

This is a great apartment. It is spacious, secure and private with all the amenities you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. An added bonus (though we didn’t use it as our van is too tall) is the secure off road parking space. It is also really well located. Thank you!

Clare was a great host. Our visit didn't go to plan due to family illness and she was extremely supportive and helpful. The house is in a lovely spot and we enjoyed some bracing walks on the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Many thanks, Clare.
