The studio is located in the idyllic municipality of Faistenau surrounded by fantastic lakes - Fuschlsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Hintersee in the beautiful Salzkammergut only 25 minutes from Salzburg. Mountain tours, beach holidays, recreational holidays in paradisiacal surroundings with lots of peace. In winter, it is known as a paradise for cross-country skiers and ski tourers and scores with proximity to Hallstatt or Bad Ischl. The place2be impresses with a central location with lots of sun and unique views of the mountains from the living space.

Spacious apartment overlooking the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally but quietly located between the center and the lake. In addition to its ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new amenities and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family with children. Distance on foot for minutes: Nearest Supermarket 5 Train Station: 7 Lake: 15 town center with cafes and restaurants: 10 In the house we live with two lovely dogs. On site we charge the obligatory tourist tax.

Our Beautiful Chalet

Our home is situated in the centre of the village of Lofer, which is a small market town. The beauty of Lofer is it is both a summer and winter resort. A five minute walk to ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops, children's play park and swimming pool. Also lovely for long or short walks a hop and a skip away; beautiful hiking areas, mountain & road cycling, climbing, white-water rafting & kayaking, canyoning and relaxing; all available in the summer. Skiing and snow park in winter.

Dem Namen zum Trotz („wee“ – schottisch für „winzig“) ist die moderne Ferienwohnung mit 120 m² alles andere als klein. Sie verfügt nämlich über drei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen, wovon zwei jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet sind. Im dritten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Der große Wohnbereich bietet genügend Platz für einen Spieleabend sowie eine gemütliche Couch zum Relaxen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in den Tiroler Bergen.

Two-bedroom chalet apartment with spectacular view

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. Enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a mountain paradise.

Cozy apartment in the Alps

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.
