Beautify modernised and furnished to a high standard, with everything you would need. The location is perfect, close to the sea front and shops Thank you - we had a lovely time.

We had a lovely stay (two families with kids), everything we could possibly need and lots more at Garden Lodge Cottage. Charlie was a wonderful host who went above and beyond in accommodating us and really thoughtful touches of homemade cakes and a bottle of wine were so welcome after a long journey! Gorgeous house and garden tucked away but close enough to wonder down to the dunes and coast. We spied a barn owl over the fields from the house at dusk two of the nights we were there. Magical. Oh and we all loved the hens and their eggs! Especially the children. Comfy, clean and spacious, this was a perfect place to stay and we would highly recommend it. Excellent hosts, beautiful property in beautiful surroundings, we could not have had a better experience, and we’ll be coming back, next time for a longer stay, we would have travelled 100’s of miles to stay here, if you’re looking for a quiet relaxed break, look no further

This little place is clean, well equipped & comfortable. Everything you could ever want is there. The kitchen has every cooking utensil you would need. The bedroom is comfortable with lots of soft blankets. The living room has a lovely l shaped couch. We only had a short visit but would happily have stayed longer. Michele was lovely & even went over to put the heating on before our arrival. Very welcome as we’d spent the day on the woods watching seals.

This lovely little chalet was just what we needed for a short break by the sea. The chalet had everything you might need, and we felt very welcome!

we had a lovely stay at the cosy cottage, this was our second visit as we enjoyed our stay so much last time we just had to come back! Jason's cottage is like a home away from home, with everything you need plus the added personal touches such as milk, wine, fresh eggs, treats etc.. the hot tub is a great added bonus and we were lucky with the weather.. the beds are super comfy for a great night's sleep, we would definitely recommend a visit here :-)

I booked this for a family get togther. 5 adults and 4 grandchildren. Everyone appreciated the pool table, arcade games console and the hot tub. The bedroom layout was ideal and bathrooms clean and inviting. The kitchen was well laid out and we were able to prepare food easily. A very short walk to the promenade and beach with lots to do. We really liked Withernsea. Even the weather was agreeable! An excellent problem free break and very good value for 9 people. Thank you Charles for helpful communication.

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable and added bonus of two parking spaces. Hot tub was amazing. Our dogs really enjoyed themselves as well with the beach just down the road. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
