Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Walton County

We had an awesome stay - accommodations were as advertised. The location to the beach and restaurants were fantastic. Owners were very accommodating and did a great job of communicating with all our needs. Would definitely recommend Great stay !

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. We had a great stay! Dave was a great host, we’ve stayed on 30A many times and this was by far our favorite spot. The location was perfect and tucked away from the busy Main Street. And the beach access was amazing! The only complaint we had was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine in the end.

We loved our stay here. It is described perfectly. The security gate and patrolling security was an added bonus. We hated to leave and will definitely try to return soon. Highly recommend.

The space was clean, well-furnished, and just a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect getaway. The host was responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip.

The house is spacious, kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The rooms were set up nicely and everything was comfortable. The beach view and walking across the street to access it- amazing! We paid to have the pool heated and used it some each day! We also heavily used the hot tub! It was a great and inviting house to spend time in. The swing and view from the upstairs patio were also fantastic!!!

We visit the Sunnyside - Laguna - PCB area 2-3 times a year and have for the past five years, and this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The golf cart was a huge bonus, making it super convenient to get around. We also really appreciated the attention to detail—especially the Mochamaster automatic pour-over coffee machine. It’s always a treat when hosts appreciate good coffee! The backyard was incredibly private, peaceful, and beautiful. The hot tub was another amazing perk. Since the beach was a little too cold during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, and honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. It was the perfect place to relax. We hope to come back soon!

My stay at the Airbnb was great! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a really comfortable and hassle-free experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in PCB. You get a taste of the beach but not the crowd! I can’t wait to return. Don’t miss out on booking this place! Worth every penny.

We loved our stay at this carriage house. It fit my husband, our toddler, and myself perfectly. The location is unbeatable, situated between Alys and Rosemary so all of the restaurants and shopping was walkable! The pool and beach were beautiful and also easy to get to. We hope to be back again!

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

Perfect for our extended weekend stay. We were maybe one of three other people staying in the entire complex so it was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were SO comfortable! Our stay was wonderful..highly recommend!

This was our second time staying! We love it here. The decor and peacefulness. The only thing missing is a full length mirror or over the door mirror.

I will definitely book again ! When I opened the door I was speechless .. It felt like I was on an island just looking over the balcony ! My favorite was the bed , super comfortable and big .

Amanda was an amazing host! Her condo had everything you needed and clear instructions listed. She was proactive and provided so much information up front which I loved. Location was perfect. Condo was super clean. Very thoughtful touches that you could tell Amanda goes the extra mile as a host (coffee pods, beach towels and chairs, laundry pods, soap in the shower, water bottles and complimentary snacks). And OMG the bed was amazing! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Wendy is super helpful and responsive as was everyone I dealt with at the resort. It is a huge place but all you need to do is ask and someone will help you. That size also means once you turn in the gates you are in this beautiful, pristine resort, with everything you could desire for a beach vacation. Loved the old Florida style architecture in the section where Wendy’s property is located. There were also bikes to rent and a little bay front village that looks like something out of Pirate’s of the Caribbean but with fun shops and restaurants. They had a concert on the green my first night. All an easy walk from Wendy’s rental. I didn’t know about Sandestin resort before this but will definitely be back!

Jodie was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all, and it was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. It’s very close the beach, and the complex felt safe.

Excellent location. Loved the place as it was outfitted very comfortably. Very spacious. Property is quiet. Will definitely rent again when we visit the Rosemary Beach area.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway and absolutely loved staying at Hugh & Amy’s place. The view is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Everything about our stay was fantastic. It was peaceful, a short walk to the ocean, so much to do around the area. They let us use whatever was available in the condo and felt right at home. We will definitely be back.
