This is a clean apartment completed in 22 years! It is close to Shin-gil Station, Yeongdeungpo Market Station and Yeongdeungpo Station, so it is very convenient to use public transportation. You can use the washing machine which includes kitchen facilities and drying function, and there is a styler as a basic option, so you can manage your clothing. We also have all the basics for cleanliness available for you. Netflix is also provided so you can enjoy it comfortably. From the window, Yeouido Park View and City View are all at once.

The apartment is right in the middle of Yeonnam-dong - the most trendy and up and coming area in Seoul, 4 mins walk from Hongdae station and the airport line. There are plenty of fantastic places to eat, drink, chill out and party if that's what you like. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a great view and it's really peaceful and quiet, despite being only a few streets behind cool bars, hidden restaurants, cozy cafés and of course the famous park where everyone is hanging out at night.

It is within 3 minutes' walk from Myeongdong Station Exit 4 (the bus stop arriving from Incheon Airport is located at Exit 4). There are no hills or stairs on the way here. The location is the best! Cute Ghibli inspired apartment

Loft style apartment in a great location. Right by Sinchon station, near Hongdae, sinchon shopping street, and many universities. Has its own patio so you can sit outside relax. There is the main bed on the loft, a couch that turns into a bed, and there is also an extra mattress that can be laid out on the floor.
