Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Warrington

A beautiful cottage and great host. Loved the little quirks each room had to offer. Parking was no problem and the cottage was easy to find thanks to the thorough guide Kev sent across. The cottage has a lovely cosy feel and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a super stay at the house. It was so easy to get into Altringham town centre and the tram/train station. The house is exactly as pictured and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked it was with basics like washing up liquid, cleaning g products, as we have found these have not been provided at other places we have stayed, these little touches were the cherry on top of the house. David was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat locally. We were all delighted with this find and would recommend to anyone!

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Me and my family had the best time at Chalet du lac! The views are just amazing and there was everything you needed to relax and have some fun. The family particularly enjoyed “the temple bar” it was a fab space to unwind with a few drinks and have a game of pool and darts. Both Richard and Sophie’s communication was excellent. Really helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do in the local area. Anyone that books to go here wouldn’t be disappointed. Thanks again for a fab stay!

Judy and Brian’s cottage was so comfortable and cosy, we arrived late at night and as soon as we stepped into the cottage it was warm and so relaxing. A log fire was lit and we had everything we needed to immediately settle in for the night. The morning was so peaceful, surrounded by green fields and greeted by their beautiful puppy Willow! Brian also kindly helped us with taxi recommendations. I highly recommend this place, and we will be staying again if we are in the area again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful house, very warm and cosy. Spotlessly clean and tidy. We stayed during the storm but we will definitely come back in the summer as the garden is amazing. Mark was a brilliant host, kept in touch and very quick to answer any queries we had. I would recommend staying here lovely walk around the lake which is about a 5 minute walk away. No complaints whatsoever.

The place is a credit to Helen and family. Very well presented. Helen was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place.

I stayed at Diane´s for a month, traveling from Kenya, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The unit I rented was part of the main house but had its own separate entrance, offering privacy and comfort. The beautiful lush, vast garden full of life, peaceful surroundings with horses and birds, lots of different birds, made the experience unforgettable. The location was perfect—quiet and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Chester and lots of renown tourist destination for easy exploring. The hosts were kind and respectful, ensuring I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Hatton Hall for anyone seeking a peaceful , convenient and private countryside escape.

Reluctantly left after a fantastic two-night stay at the Rossendale Cottages. We’d stayed in this beautiful & spacious studio accommodation and absolutely loved it. The staff are fantastic and were so kind throughout. The area is lovely & the walks nearby are great fun - especially to the singing tree! The bed was comfy, food yummy & hosts were gracious and lovely. I’d love to come back!

Had a great weekend staying at James and Felicity's place. They were excellent hosts and we really enjoyed the freshly baked loaf and other items in the welcome pack. Hoylake and West Kirby are really easy to walk to and have plenty of nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Look forward to a return visit.

We had an amazing stay here! We were here for the British Open Masters in Wrexham—tooj home the trophy 😉—and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house was lovely, cozy, and had everything we needed. I was also working during our stay, so the workstation with a big screen was a fantastic addition. And after long days of matches and work, the comfy sofa and cozy bed made it even better. But there is one special someone who truly deserves 10 stars—Isaac, the cat! He made our stay even more special, going the extra mile every day to ensure we were well taken care of, providing plenty of cuddles and the best kind of company. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we would love to return!

We had a great time, perfect place for exploring local walks. Brilliant food at the local pub. The outdoor shower is for the brave if staying in the colder months- but we were made fully aware of what to expect before hand.

Fantastic stay! Eric's view is a beautiful place to stay! The place was spotless, the hot tub and sauna was wonderful. Bryan was super helpful. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Lovely touches on arrival Prosecco, milk, butte and bread. We would highly recommend this place! Thank you Bryan !!!

My mum, spaniel and I had a lovely 2 days here whilst visiting relatives. The ‘tiny home’ is right on the dales so didn’t need to put the dog on the lead and had pre-breakfast walks with beautiful views of wales each day. The space had everything we needed (oven/hob/dining table/microwave) and was well decorated. WiFi worked perfectly and large tv plus games. Beds were comfy and the roof windows were amazing for star gazing from bed. The ladder up to one mezzanine wouldn’t be suitable for those less able though. There was a little heater which heated up the cabin quickly and to a good temperature (it was cold outside). Charlotte was really welcoming and friendly and we’re already planning our next visit.

The canal side cabin has a lovely rural feel to it. Set a few feet back from the canal itself in beautiful surroundings at the end of a long private road, the location is tranquil, quiet and great for a few days of getting away from it all! The cabin is small and cosy, well equipped and nicely built and decorated. Horse fields surround the cabin area and the private road takes you past the friendly goats, sheep and small horse - all of which you are able to pet and feed, and Rod was kind enough to leave some animal feed at the cabin for us! ;-) The tow path alongside the canal is over the private bridge and allows for a lovely walk up and down the canal side...a great way to stretch the legs!

Absolutely loved staying here last weekend. It was everything we wanted; peaceful, cosy & relaxing! The space inside is perfect, the bed is comfy, the wifi and Netflix work perfectly. Outside you can feed the alpacas and sheep, which was my perfect Saturday morning! The bath outside was perfect (there’s probably only enough hot water to fill once as I did try top it up but was met with cold water), and it’s private enough so even with other guests in the other lodges you can’t hear/ see them. The hot water is a little iffy but the instructions in the book helped massively as we realised you couldn’t put it on full heat immediately. The only thing I’d suggest is potentially getting an air fryer as we struggled with getting things we could eat without an oven! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We have just come back from a one night stay. The pod was lovely, cosy and clean. The beds were super comfy and the log burner kept us toasty warm. The hot tub was perfect. We would definitely book again. Thank you.
