A quick 3 minute drive to the center of town, our recently built 3 bedroom house has gorgeous mountain views and is on 5 beautiful secluded acres surrounded by trees. The property is fantastic in all seasons and close to amazing Catskill skiing, hikes, waterfalls, swimming holes, and the Hudson River, as well as the towns of Phoenicia, Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Hudson, Rhinebeck, and Tivoli. This beautiful ranch house is located on a private 7 acres lot with a lot of trees. Our guests can enjoy a newly renovated kitchen, living room and dining room, with 3 cozy bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The house is isolated, and is about a 10-15 drive to nearby stores and attractions such as Bushkill Falls and Shawnee Mt. The backyard is very large and equipped with a deck and a big campfire perfect for barbecues and making s’mores. It is also very close by to small lake.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away from the water and three blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walkings and site-seeings. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.
