Jennifer was wonderful! The home was amazing. I even meet her husband for one second he was nice to me from the start! I loved everything about the stay. She was on every call and very helpful. The communication was top tier. She never made me feel like I was getting on her nerves or anything. Her customer was out of this world. Her home was so beautiful 😍 and she supply so manh things you need for the stay making you feel more at home. It definitely was an experience to remember.

Overall for the value and location we were very pleased. Check in and out were very quick and easy and Andy was quick to reply with any questions. Tv downstairs was missing remote but quick search online I was able to download free app to use with my phone. Rooms were clean and spacious and photos matched description of property. I may have missed it in the description but this house is only 6 minutes from the MGM casino which was an added positive BONUS! Super easy access into the city and felt very safe while here!! Thanks for the great hospitality!! Will refer friends and family in future that may be in the area!

Jason's houseboat made our Girl's Weekend a hit! Well stocked kitchen...plenty of extra toiletries...extra blankets, towels, etc. Jason even brought us some new wine glasses! The view and surrounding water was peaceful, with an abundance of waterfowl and birds. We thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out by the fire table, as well as the short walk to 2 excellent restaurants. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the in-depth video tutorials. We felt very welcomed and safe. Planning another trip just to stay at Jason's!

Cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! Susan was so friendly and goes the extra mile in every way. You can tell she loves hosting. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with anything one would need away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and off the beaten path compared to the background a hustle of nearby city. 10/10 recommend, do not pass this location up ever.

The apt. was cozy, convenient and spotless. There are signs and instructions throughout that assist understanding of the location of items and how things work. I would absolutely stay again. Thanks Jacie- wonderful experience! I was grateful for your assistance and communication.

Michelle was so great I wouldn’t mind paying extra. She even offered an early checkin and late checkout. She was very responsive. She was respectful of our privacy when she offered to come in when we wasn’t around to make sure the wifi was working. From the sauna, to the hot tub and the wonderful basement, everything was worth every penny and more. Thank you so much Michelle.

Donté is a great host!! The house is clean and it has everything you may need!! Close to the center of DC, it’s short and easy to get downtown!! Super recommended!! After a short trip to Pittsburgh we’re coming back to DC and unfortunately his house was already booked, if it wasn’t for sure we would have loved to stay here again!!

The attention to detail—from the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities—made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. yet still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. Meka was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We truly appreciated the little extras, like complimentary coffee and wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone
