Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Washington

It was a very nice apartment with a nice balcony, we enjoyed our stay and everything we needed was surprisingly close too (food, convenience store, etc). I would definitely book it again.

Great place to stay after a concert at the 9:30 Club! It was walkable and parking was pretty easy to find.

The place was exactly as pictured & was perfect for my stay. The host was very helpful and responsive leading up to my booking and throughout as well. Would definitely recommend !

We enjoyed staying at Jeffery’s house. It wasn’t anything extravagant but did the job. Jeffery offered lots of recommendations and we even went to one of his restaurant recommendations twice because it was so good. Downside was that the thermostat for the heater is not in the unit so I had to text Jeffery when we needed it adjusted but he was very quick to reply and get it adjusted. One of the beds had what looked to be dog hair on it and that would be my only complaint.

I booked The Grove last minute for a research trip to the Smithsonian. The neighborhood and the fact they don’t charge outrageous fees was most appealing to me. It’s in a great location near public transit and walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. The apartment is a third floor walk-up and so cute! I used to live in DC and I felt right at home! The host was super accommodating when I had some user error upon arrival and was very responsive to my questions. The space is older but it’s very clean and neat, especially considering they allow smoking. Because it’s an older place, it has a large bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and the towels were quite plush. I don’t use AirBnB very often and I’m super pleased with this experience. Can’t wait to stay again!

Host was friendly, reached out when there was a public concern in apartment complex, place was as described, tv was huge, felt like being at the movies!

Shakeel was a great host The house was perfect for our multi-generational family weekend-4full bathrooms a plus!!. Even the dogs had a fun time The game room was a great place to hang out. Lots of room around the dining room table Appliances were plentiful and gave lots of options. Backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed both the gas and wood fire pits

This place was cozy, clean, spacious and lots of windows. I especially loved the sky lights. The Metro was literally a walk around the corner. Nita was very informative about the weather, places visit and responded to all my messages promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay. Everything was as stated. We were there for a ballgame and the house is close to the airport and stadium. Parking and access to the house was easy. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This home was a perfect place for me and my small dog to stay for a week just before the holidays. Chuong also responded to all of my pre- heck in questions very quickly and thoroughly. The home is really easy to find, has plenty of private, accessible parking and, because of its location, it's really convenient to everything nearby -- Ft Belvoir, Springfield, I-95, Kingstowne, etc. The home was super clean and comfortable, with updated appliances (including a washer/dryer), all the basics (clean towels, soap, etc) and lots of room to spread out and relax. It looks exactly like the pictures online. I highly recommend this home if you're looking in the area & I would definitely stay here again.

Grace was very polite and considerate. My family felt comfortable in area, and it was close to the Metro. The house was large, well equipped, and nicely decorated; with TV in each room.

My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

Loved Aviana's bright, chic modern place. It has a lot of character, and is quite tastefully decorated. Close to so many bars, restaurants, and there's a Whole Foods around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again if we're lucky enough to find it available!
