Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Washington

We enjoyed our stay here! We loved the walkability to the Metro, the full kitchen, nice bathroom, and cozy seating. The washer and dryer was also a nice bonus, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. The location was in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed walking around it and the easy access to the grocery store (Aldi). Everything was easy to use and clearly laid out in the information from John. The place was super clean and cute! Thank you!

We enjoyed staying at Jeffery’s house. It wasn’t anything extravagant but did the job. Jeffery offered lots of recommendations and we even went to one of his restaurant recommendations twice because it was so good. Downside was that the thermostat for the heater is not in the unit so I had to text Jeffery when we needed it adjusted but he was very quick to reply and get it adjusted. One of the beds had what looked to be dog hair on it and that would be my only complaint.

Amazing location and space! It was so homey and felt like it was ours. I would absolutely stay here again :)

My partner and I stayed there in The Grove # 6 for 5 nights. This is a fairly spacious apartment, given its location in the middle of a big city. 1) Location: It's within easy walking distance to a lot of places, the closest is Chinatown, but it's also walkable to the National Mall. 2) Steep stairs? Some previous reviews mentioned steep stairs, but we did not find the stairs steep at all, just normal, though it is longer than normal (one single flight per floor), giving some an impression of steepness. 3) Noise: Some previous reviews talked about the noise. The living room on the front gets the noise from (and the view of) Massachusetts Ave. The bedroom is in the back. If you keep its door leading to the living room shut, you can get a pretty good sleep. Being a light sleeper, I didn't even have to use the ear plugs I brought. 4) Responsiveness: The owner was very responsive. The kitchen sink was stuck upon checking in. The owner fixed it the second day. So, it's a home away from home!

Spending time in DC, Nita's place was perfect for what we needed. Being right next to the metro made it so easy to get back and forth without having to worry about parking and costs. You can hear the announcements from the station, but not enough to be a bother. The room was actually even bigger than the pictures let on. It was a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal,quiet yet close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in making guests feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing place to stay!"

Really happy to have found this rental. The host was amazing and her home reflected everything on the description. I was hesitant with all of the stairs with toddlers, but it was perfectly fine. Sizing of rooms was great, and each guest essentially had their own restroom. Definitely would recommend for anyone considering travel to this area.

Lourdes’ Airbnb is convenient by bus and close to a bus stop. The bedroom provided a clean space to work and sleep. A small coffee machine and a refrigerator was useful for my needs. Communication between Lourdes and I worked well. The neighborhood was quiet at night. I was able to rest well during my stay. Thank you, Lourdes, for hosting me!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Nice neighborhood, very walkable to coffee shops/restaurants. Our wonderful hosts put a lot of thoughts into this beautiful space and we appreciate it a lot!

My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

Michelle is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I appreciate her driving me to where my mother is staying. She gave me a little token before I left, so sweet. I’ll book her place again when I go back to DC to visit my mother.
