Your home away from home! Very relaxing for a peaceful visit to Lake Tahoe! This is my home I share with travelers, it is NOT a party house! Ideal for 2 couples or 4 adults and kids. Cabin is not set up for 5 or 6 individual adult guests as there are only two beds.. Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!

NO PETS ALLOWED. This private condo is a short walk to Lake Tahoe via the Hyatt Regency and their restaurants. Only five minutes from golfing, tennis, and skiing. You’ll love this place because of the ambiance, the outdoor balcony, the neighborhood, the hot tub downstairs, the comfy bed, the fast WiFi, and access to HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Netflix in both rooms. The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The house is in the heart of the Old Southwest (Newlands) area of Reno, close to California Street, the airport, Nevada Art Museum, the Truckee River, and nightlife. A delightful, tree lined street, in the very walkable and friendly " original Reno" neighborhood. This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
