Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Washtenaw County

Stayed for a basketball game and this was the perfect location. Very short walk to the Crisler Center. The home was very clean and cozy. Janice was very quick to respond when I had a question before we booked and she provided all the information we needed very clearly for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great place for my large family coming into town, for a wedding. The layout was perfect and Robert was so accommodating! The kitchen was well equipped, and the two common areas provide a great place for conversations and activities.

The house was very clean and very well appointed. Everything was in working order and we had a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Sara's place was perfect for our little getaway before the Holidays. Loved that it was pet friendly. Had everything we needed and Sara was on top of everything. we had some snowfall Thursday night and Sara had the decks and walkway cleared before we even got started for the day. we would recommend this place!

Great place! Had everything we needed for our stay, we cooked most of our meals while there and there was everything we needed. Place was very clean and well stocked. Super communicative and helpful owner. We left a charger behind, and he messaged us to let us know, and arranged for us to pick it up. I can't recommend it enough.

Mrs Money Penny was very clear in her instructions and responsive! The home was very clean and we were even provided snacks which we found so generous! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was as described. Would recommend staying here!

This Airbnb made me feel at home, and my dog Cheeky Chops and I really enjoyed our time. Not only was it conveniently located with responsive and accommodating hosts, but also it was a great representation of Ann Arbor and the warm spirit of Michigan! Would definitely stay again.

This upstairs apartment in a beautifully renovated home is lovely and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet. We weren't around much, other than at night. We wished for more time to hang out and use the very functional and comfortable kitchen and living space. There is a cute coffee shop and bakery within a short walk: Big City Small World. The owner and staff were super friendly and welcoming.

A very nice and clean up-to-date space with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of extras including towels, paper goods, even some handy snacks. Kathleen was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we expect to return for a future visit.

Annie's place was perfect for a weekend trip to Ann Arbor. It was clean and cozy, and it was very easy to get into downtown Ann Arbor by car (just 5-10 minutes!). Annie was super friendly and accommodating, too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Bronwen was very kind and responsive, and the space and neighborhood were very peaceful! A short drive or bike ride to downtown and near a fantastic trail and scenery.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alex‘s place. Easy to get to and conveniently located. I enjoyed the very homey feel of the apartment.

Mark's place was spotless and comfortable. Very much what you see in the photos. We didn't cook much because we were visiting family, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The location is excellent: close to downtown and campus, but in a quieter area. Note: there are a lot of stairs, so this wouldn't be a good place for someone with difficulty navigating stairs. It was fine for us, though. I would happily stay there again.

I would stay here again i love the location it's close to everything food, to activities, and places to see. I love my experience hopefully would do it again in the future.

Nakia’s place was a perfect location for us, right off the highway and close to lots of shopping. The bedrooms slept 5 of us, which allowed our family to stay together. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the extra throw blankets. It was spacious and clean and uncluttered. I would recommend staying here.

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our 2nd stay and again we loved the condo! Perfect location to walk to everything and the condo itself is very cool with tall ceilings and great furnishings. Comfy, cozy bed too. Great host!

This is our second time staying in this building so checking in and out was easy. The unit we stay in was very quiet, beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. We like the location and apartment building so we will be back a third time!

Peter’s place was perfect for us attending the football game. Close to the stadium and downtown Ann Harbor. His place was clean and well maintained. Only suggestion would be better beds but we would definitely stay there again .

Nice place to stay while in Ann Arbor for a football game. Short drives to many restaurants/bars, stores, university. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. The place was nice and clean. Overall a great stay, I would stay here again.
