200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views including an outdoor seaview hot tub. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. This apartment is on the third floor of the apartment block, overlooking Dungarvan bay, and can accommodate up to 5 people. In a very central location, surrounded by award-winning restaurants and bars and only a 2 minute walk from the town square. Guest parking space on site. The famous Waterford Greenway with bike hire is only a short walk away. Tourist attractions such as Dungarvan castle, art galleries and the museum are also extremely close by. Clonea beach is only 5 Km away.

We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
