Great property, amazing location, lots of space, outstanding kitchen, host was very helpful & responsive.

Our stay was great, no issues checking in or out, Christina was very responsive. Our only issue was leaving in the morning due to the communities lack of preparation for ice and snow. Everything else was great!

We felt like we were staying at a good friend’s vacation house. The kitchen was well stocked, way above typical Airbnbs, with a multitude of dishes, cooking supplies, and appliances. We appreciated the well appointed coffee station and seemingly endless supply of coffee pods. The fluffy, white towels were luxe. The property layout was great with plenty of space for our two families including 4 young children. We also really enjoyed the 2 indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pit. Wood and propane were included, and they even had s’mores roasting sticks available. Negatives were minimal. There were more rules and requirements than I typically see when renting Airbnbs (many seemed to be driven by the community and none were unreasonable, it was just a lot to take in). I also thought the flooring throughout could benefit from a refresh. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and think this property would be great in all seasons.

Our family of 5 had a lovely time away at the Farmhouse. The house is beautiful, and we all particularly enjoyed the welcoming living space and large pool. Darya was extremely responsive and helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful place and extremely clean. A little further from the mountain then I would have liked, but overall I can’t complain. The cookware they have is fantastic compared to other places I’ve been to so I was able to cook dinner for the whole group.

Cute place! Most of it has been newly remodeled. Lake view was perfect in winter. Suitable for a couple or for a small family. Hot tub was awesome since it was 6 degrees outside during our stay! Would stay again!

Julia was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of booking and staying. We had some windy weather and she checked in on us to make sure we were ok. The house was clean, beautiful and perfect for our stay with my family. We had a baby with us and they set up the pack and play for us before we arrived. It was about a half hour drive to snowtubing at Big Boulder, and the indoor pool at the complex was great. Everyone had a good time! Thank you Julia!

Volha’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay—it had everything we needed and more. The open-concept common area created a warm, inviting space, and the downstairs primary bedroom along with the two bedrooms upstairs, connected by a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, made it feel like a home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was available and easy to access. Volha was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. During our time there, a snowstorm hit, but the snow was plowed before dawn, and the walkways were salted ahead of time—such thoughtful touches. I highly recommend staying here to experience the beautiful scenery and enjoy the peaceful outdoor nature. It’s truly a special place!

I love this place I was just there I stayed for 2 nights. I was nervous because I paid in advance and I wasn’t sure if it would be one of those Airbnb scams, and to my surprise it wasn’t 😊 it’s actually a beautiful home the pictures does this place no justice the house is actually really spacious. There’s 4 rooms one is in the basement with a bathroom the room is big, and the room to the right of the house has the hot tub with the fireplace in the room big mirror closet slide door it’s the best room that was my room. And the 3rd room is on the left side of the house where the living room is there’s a lil gray couch where someone can sleep but the back room is cool and cute a lil smaller then the other 2 rooms and the last room is up stairs that room is an open space but it has 2 beds with an extra soft mattress for someone to sleep one the floor. In the last room because it’s up stairs you’ll be able to look down and see the see the living room that room was cool to but it don’t have

This place was amazing. It is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood with beautiful surrounding but is also conveniently located close to all of the wonderful things to see in the local area. Even though there is plenty to do nearby the place is so comfortable and relaxing that you may never want to leave to actually see what the area has to offer. All around wonderful vacation with a wonderful and easy to reach host!!!!

Enjoyed our stay and beautiful wedding at Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery. House was vey clean and in a great location. Walking distance to everything in town. Two very clean and updated bathrooms. Loved the dinning room table. Really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times. Thank you!

Cindy's home was immaculate -- we appreciated one of the home rules being no outdoor shoes on in the house! We are big coffee drinkers so we also enjoyed the variety of K-Cups that we had to select from -- we felt right at home. Cindy's home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and it is very close to all of the stores in downtown Honesdale. We were so pleased with our stay that we have already been in communication with her about some future dates when we visit NEPA again!

Our stay was overall pretty great, our party had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house. Charles was an excellent host and was proactively communicative from start to finish, and the amenities at the house were fantastic. Our only disappointment was an extra charge for more than 16 people - unfortunately air bnb doesn’t allow you to select for more than that, and while there were enough beds in the house for all of us we ended up paying extra for each head above 16. It did not affect our good time, but it did come as a surprise to us. We would definitely recommend this house to others and we had a perfect time, thanks to Charles for providing a memorable getaway for us!

Great place, pictures didn’t do any justice! The place is much bigger than it seems, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The refrigerator has a little leaking issue but the host assisted us with the issues and was very proactive.

Ruth was very friendly and responsive. The house was perfect will definitely be planning another trip in the future !

Fantastic stay! From the moment we walked in we were in awe. What a beautiful home! The images don't do it justice, it's just breathtaking. Where do I start? The views are stunning! The lake is beautiful. The house is completely stocked with whatever you need. The decor is so pretty, down to the smallest, most unique details. Lastly, the host was so easy to reach, answering very quickly to all the questions we had. Lots of laminated and labeled instructions all over the home for easy access to things like turning on/off of fireplace, etc. Really wonderful stay and lots of things to do to build beautiful memories with family. Our favorites: cooking in the kitchen with family, s'mores over firepit, and throwing rocks at the frozen lake.

We loved this house, the house is so clean, the furniture so comfortable, the view is beautiful, the kitchen had everything you needed. We absolutely loved everything about the place, I would recommend it to anyone.

Place was just how it was depicted in the pictures if anything it felt even a little larger in person than what the pictures portraited. The process to submit information and get into the gated community was smooth thanks to Ian being so quick to respond and ensure everything was ready. Space outdoors around the home was peaceful with a good distance from the houses next to it and was clean.

Such a cozy, warm, clean home to return to after a day of skiing at Elk! The place was pristine, the beds very comfy, and atmosphere cozy and peaceful. Beverly’s hospitality was above and beyond. Our truck was stuck under ice and she and her husband rescued us with a car scraper. Would highly recommend to couples or small groups staying in the area or skiing locally. Can’t wait to return again!

A hidden gem! Spacious and comfortable for a ski weekend, but is set for year-round fun. Host was proactive about potential heating issues, but we experienced none. Slight quirk in that there are few public area bathrooms, but if you travel with those you love, it’s a non-issue.

We had a wonderful weekend get away in this adorable home. Can’t wait to book again in the summer so we can take advantage of the outdoor space.

This was a perfect house that felt like home for my family and I. From checking in to checking out and everything in between, Kasey was kind, accommodating, and highly responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. She and her home made it very easy to feel comfortable. I loved the simplicity of her home, the minimalist approach so we didn’t have to worry about all the “things,” and the warm feel overall. From someone who has stayed in my rentals, this has exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! We all loved the hot tub and the fire pit. It was perfect for the kids to have the game area to hang out and the family room was spacious and great for watching a movie and playing games at the card table.
