Holiday rentals with a patio in Weddington

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Mark’s place was very nice and clean. It was very accessible to the Fillmore, NODA, and everywhere else we visited. I loved the bathroom and the kitchen. My only suggestion would be for each unit to have parking closest to their unit. We noticed after our first night that the other unit who had driveway access chose to park on the street because it was closer. We ended up parking further, and no one used the driveway.

House did not disappoint. Very clean, and well put together. Host was responsive and nice. No complaints, would recommend.

Kyle's place was perfect for my weekend trip! Very spacious and clean. Great area neighbors were friendly a lot of stores and food places near by!

Surprisingly large place. So quiet for being an apartment. Easy base for activities in Kannapolis and the north side of Concord - make sure your GPS is in working order - just saying … seems like any trip over a couple of miles requires multiples turns. Anyhoo, great place to stay.

I loved staying at Gregory’s. It was a little staycation for me and my boyfriend we live in charlotte which is 30 mins away. The beds and couch were very cozy and comfortable. (I fell asleep on the couch watching tv) We loved the hot tub! Overall a great place to get away!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The hosts truly anticipated every possible need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. They were also very responsive—when the smoke alarm battery started beeping, we messaged them, and they came to fix it right away with such kindness and grace. We also really appreciate that we didn’t feel like we had to clean the entire place before leaving (take out trash, strip beds, etc.), especially since there’s a cleaning fee. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference. The home itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are some of the best we’ve slept in at an Airbnb, and everything about the space felt warm and welcoming. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Annika was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and ready to assist quickly when contacted. The house was the perfect place for our transition from the UK for our first 2 months in the USA and we would highly recommend Annika and her home!

Great stay! We brought our very young kids and this was the perfect spot to come back to. Very cozy, inviting, and a great fenced-in back yard. The host was super helpful with extra requests! Would definitely stay here again.

The home was comfortable and tucked away in a little haven yet close to local stores and restaurants. We especially liked the fire pit area and the fact that your place was pet friendly. My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Very nice house decorated in good taste. The Hosts are great! It got very chilly at night and the brought in extra blankets quickly after requesting. We’d love to return when available!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

The house was lovely. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay as we had not yet been to Fort Mill. The house was located close to many wonderful restaurants and breweries. We would definitely return for another visit.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here and would again! A lot of restaurants/ coffee shops to be able to walk too.

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Great studio apartment within walking distance of uptown and beyond! Building is quiet and the place has a great space to get some work done if needed. Really enjoyed my stay here!

This condo is true to the pictures. Very classy and well maintained. It’s in a fantastic location and Jeremy is a sheer joy to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return in the very near future!

The location was perfect, with easy access to amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having dedicated parking was a huge convenience, making our stay even more stress-free. Stayed at this airbnb for a month. This was my second time booking with Edward. He is always very quick with responding and always has his property in pristine condition. Very clean and homey. Couches were very comfortable and always has a stock of necessities available.
