Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the Botanical Garden, and yet you can reach the main train station with the S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

The apartment offered here is about 30 square meters and consists of a small hallway, a room with a double bed, a table, 3 chairs and a fully equipped pantry (mini kitchen with fridge, 2 hobs and an oven) as well as a bathroom with shower. Welcome to Altes Land, the largest German fruit growing area with its numerous fruit farms. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple or plantations or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (by car about 45 minutes) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 min) and Buxtehude (min 12) are recommended. Our guest flat, newly furnished at the beginning of 2021, is located in the basement of our small Wilhelminian-style villa - in the centre of beautiful Blankenese, in a side street behind the market square. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
