I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Lakefront home on Neely Henry Lake with boat dock.

This 1 Br. 1 bath guest house sleeps 6 and has a lovely lake view to enjoy your morning coffee from the porch swing. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave and a table for six. All furnishings to prepare your meals. There is a Lazy boy queen sleeper sofa and a love seat and a 30 inch t.v. w/dish network and wifi. Bedroom has 2 full beds. Linens and towels provided. There is a gas grill and your own private dock. NO PETS ALLOWED inside or out sorry.

Located on the lake in Centre, Alabama. Great spot for fishing and swimming. This place is absolutely amazing. Has an outdoor pavilion and fire pit. Private boat launch, power and fresh water shower on large dock! Privacy fence surrounding property plenty of storage on 2 acre yard and 198 ft of waterfront
