We had a wonderful stay in Wellington! This spot was clean, close to many local attractions, and had a very easy check in/out process. One notable feature was the spectacular view of the Wellington skyline! Thank you, Dayne, for the opportunity to stay at your place!

Best Airbnb shower I have ever had, wonderful! The beautiful apartment is in a shoe factory so you have 12’ ceilings, hardwood floors, a modern tile bathroom, lots of room and tons of character. The kitchen has everything. The location is in the heart of Wellington so you literally have restaurants 50 paces from the entry. If some night life noise bothers you pack some earplugs, but noise is not really a factor as it is rare and over quick. Getting to the second floor bed rooms has a few treads to climb, but not an issue either. We would have loved to have had more time here, but we were on a tight schedule. George was a great host and you can’t go wrong booking his apartment.

Design was lovely as well as functional, great view over the bay and great to have a kitchen to spend some nice cozy time there

Easy access to Wellington center and ferry. Free parking space. We were happy to stay there for both our ferry trips from north to south and south to north. If you want Netflix or Amazon Prime, both are available at no extra cost.

Heavenly little spot, with a wonderful coastal atmosphere. Excellent attention to detail from the furniture and colour coordination to clear, simply stated support for check-in & out, and using the washing machine. The outlook and location is amazing. Great place to walk to and from along the coast plus easy to walk to the bus for quick access to other areas. Rock pools to explore, swimming beaches nearby. Just beautiful! Car parking is more than adequate and easy to access. Hosts respect your privacy and are responsive when needed. Highly recommend this lovely place for 1-2 people visiting Wellington.

Lovely apartment, decorated with great charm. It is small with no closet space but well equipped and in a good location, close to shops and restaurants and with easy access to the central business district. Fiona and Ross were wonderful hosts and left us homemade bread and granola amongst other treats!

Gavin's place is in a great neighborhood in Kelburn - coffee shops and restaurants right down the street, and walkable to Zealandia! We did a night tour there which got you admission also in the daytime plus the next day. I'm a bird lover and went there 3 different times! The unit is also walkable to downtown Wellington with even more restaurant and bars to choose from, and to get back if you don't walk to walk back up the hill it's very close to the cable car. We really enjoyed our stay at Gavin's place!

Modern 2-storey apartment with fun interior design and quirky bathroom features. Bedrooms were spacious and living/dining had a nice view to the hillside. Excellent location being near airport, regular Bus no. 2 to city and Zealandia, supermarkets, Lyall Bay/Cafe and Weta workshop a must. Although kitchenette is downstairs would suggest serving trays be provided to carry cutleries with food/drinks. I'm a light sleeper so planes and wind a bit noisy. Otherwise we had a most enjoyable stay from a wonderful friendly and helpful host.

The place was fantastic for our group, large and open downstairs area made it easily accomodate us with additional covered outside space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great sizes.

This was an absolutely lovely home! Lia's attention to detail was amazing - we didn't want for anything!! It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting in the landscaped backyard in the warm sun after lunch out with a long walk in the neighborhood. The beds and linens were superb and we slept deeply and comfortably so we were always ready for the day. There were so many "extras" in the home - lots of storage, a heated master bathroom floor(!), a tankless water heater so there was always hot water and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The amenities were amazing! We were extremely happy staying there for three weeks and we would highly recommend this home to anyone who vacations in Wellington!

Absolutely gorgeous house in great walkable location to so many cafes, restaurants and sights to see. Hosts were fantastic, proactive and the treats upon arrival were very well received.

Fantastic stay! Excellent location in the heart of Wellington CBD, an easy walk to great cafes and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy with all the amenities you need and was beautifully presented. Friendly and responsive hosts - 10/10.

It is a beautiful, modern house with comfortable beds and our stay was amazing. The weather in Wellington wasn't great, so we had to stay inside a lot, but it was a nice and cozy place to spend time in. Would definitely stay there again.

An enchanting timeless residence brimming with character. With exquisite artwork, a chef’s dream kitchen, my husband and I both love to cook even on holidays. The minute we stepped through the doors we were in awe of the outstanding city views and huge size of this home. The home is kept immaculate, with very comfortable beds, and furnishings. Eleanor is an extremely gracious host, she left very detailed instructions and has fast clear communication. I would highly recommend Eleanor as a host.

Exceptional lodgings next to a pristine rain forest and national park. The apartment is beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows and lots of natural light. Our hosts were gracious and helpful at every turn. Highly recommended for long stays. A one-of-a-kind experience!

It was the prime location. Heart of Cuba Street. Mike was a great host, beautiful apartment, I love the fine details like the bathroom utilities, the beds were super comfortable. We will 100% book this place again. We loved everything about it. Thank you Mike!!

This place had million dollar views of the harbor. It was quiet and easy to walk or Uber downtown. While the place is a bit old and quirky, that did not detract from the charm. We were very glad to stay there.

What a great host! In a world where AIRBNBs are increasingly operating by third parties, it was a very welcome relief to come across a place that was obviously set up for the convenience and comfort of its guests. Really appreciated Wayne’s thoughtful additional touches like books, guides and leaflets. Also very grateful for generous provisions. Be warned that the location of this AIRBNB is on the steep side of Wellington! The pay off is spectacular views! While we were relying on walking in and out of the city, the location was still doable. It’s a steep climb but very convenient. Our party of 4 found Wayne’s place super comfortable and very peaceful. Wayne was also a perfect, thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you Wayne for a memorable stay. Look forward to another visit sometime.

Great place to stay, up a hill but pretty close to town and right near Botanic Gardens. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful renovations.

Nice location near lots of restaurants, yet still quiet. Clean and full of amenities, felt right at home. Stephanie provided excellent instructions on how to access the unit. A great find!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, and we were provided with plenty of information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It has a fantastic view too! The living room and master bedroom can get quite hot on sunny afternoons, however both rooms have fans provided, which helped. Craig was very easy to communicate with and also proactively provided us with fresh towels several days into our stay. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Our 2 staff stayed at Emily's place and it was just what they needed for a short stay. The location was great and Emily was great to communicate with.
