Above the Botanic Gardens, our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio presents an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Although a brief uphill walk is required to reach the studio – the breathtaking views and cosy accommodation awaiting you make the effort well worth undertaking. We may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or those operating at the edge of airline allowable luggage weights. 12 minutes to the centre of Wellington. 6 minutes to the ferry terminal, 7 minutes to Westpac Stadium.
