The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelmhelm Bridge and the popular south-facing beach with various and good restaurants as well as bars. Large windows leave a lot of light in the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and a single bed. It is the perfect fit for a great stay with family and friends.

Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Trotzdem sind die alltäglichen Dinge des Bedarfs innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder per pedes erreichbar.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. The holiday can be enjoyed directly at the historic harbor in Carolinensiel and only a few minutes' walk to the beach with its own terrace. Restaurants and many activities are available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is well-equipped, nothing should be missing. Dogs are welcome. The apartment is more suitable for two people because of the size. However, the sofa can be converted into a bed due to the size.

On the banks of our natural pond is our cozy wooden cottage. Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with a partially covered terrace, garden & barbecue in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the port of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Kurkarrten is not necessary due to the situation in the region "Wangerland".
