This was an amazing honey hole for the LSU vs OU football game! We were so happy to be in a place we felt super safe and was SOOOO cute! My husband builds homes and he comment several times how well the home was done. The bunk beds are amazing! We ended up having our own bed in the bunk room cause it was so fun. Kitchen ware is very well stocked, we made breakfast and lunch and all the necessities to cook with were readily available and super clean. I will say my husband is more posh than me regarding the conditions of the place we stay, and he told me at least three times I better write a great review! That is saying ALOT!! I would have loved to sit out on the Poop Deck (that’s what I call the tall deck at the end of the dock) for hours. Maybe next time OU plays LSU it will be a little warmer. Rich was great and very informative and very responsive. Would strongly recommend!

I had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful lakefront cabin! Beyond what's in the photos, the cabin is equipped with lots of thoughtful extras that made my stay comfortable, such as a Bluetooth speaker, more kitchenware than I'm used to finding in rentals, and shades on every window for total privacy. Hosts were friendly and communicative, I look forward to coming back for my next writer's retreat.

Host was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Home was very clean. Extremely convenient for us given our purpose for the visit was dealing with LSU campus activities. Bathroom and kitchen tastefully modern and aesthetically pleasing. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay! We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Lance and Matthew’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Lance and also Matthew was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, loved the blue in the different areas of the house providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with everything being within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Lance & Matthew and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back soon!

This was a very nice house very near the University where we were doing some installation work.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It is a cute, cozy place. The location is great, right in the Spanish District and a short walk to the State House. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Baton Rouge.
