Beachfront holiday rentals in West Bay

Fantastic spot! Loved that the rental came with a shuttle! The bar and grill on site is amazing and the beach is perfect for watching the sunrise! Kitchen utensils are minimal but we didn’t cook a ton so it was fine. Heads up there isn’t an ice maker but there’s ice downstairs! Absolutely loved it here and Kierra was so responsive and helpful!

A gorgeous pied a terre, located across the street from the beach. With beach access a stones throw away. The Grove has everything you’d want - from a grocery and liquor store to the most delicious healthy breakfast spot, and a cocktail bar that does happy hour (a rare find). If you’re looking for a home away from home, Selina’s home is the perfect choice.

Stayed in Unit #2. There are many great things about this place, such as its proximity to restaurants, the beach, and markets. The location is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. I would recommend renting a car if you stay in this area, as there are many excellent markets and restaurants nearby (5–10 minutes by car). Tricia is an excellent and very responsive host. We checked in late, and Tricia was willing to meet us to assist with the check-in, which made the process go smoothly. The only downside was the AC system, which was too loud when running, making it difficult for us to sleep at night.

We stayed in this lovely studio for a week and were so happy with our experience! We loved that it was walking distance to the beach, had restaurants downstairs for those days we wanted a quick bite, and had all the amenities we would need during our stay. Would definitely recommend Selina’s studio and would love to come back again soon!

I was in love with this location! It was right across from the beach which was very private and less crowded than the rest of the beach. Located below our condo were delish restaurants which we enjoyed every day. It was the perfect location!

We had such a great stay at Abi and Willie’s place! It was super clean, comfortable, and just felt like home. We felt really safe and secure with our family there, which made the trip even more relaxing. They even thought of little touches like beach toys for the kids, which was such a nice surprise! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore while still feeling private and relaxing. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host’s recommendations were incredibly helpful and made our trip even better. From great local restaurants to hidden gems around the island, we truly appreciated the insider tips. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Cayman Islands!

We had a wonderful stay at Deniss's condo! It was perfect for two couples - one bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, the other with a queen size bed and hallway bath located right outside the room. There is a generous sectional with room for 4 adults to watch TV and movies. The kitchen has everything we could have needed including numerous ways to make and enjoy coffee! We appreciated the short walk to the grocery store and liquor store. The grocery store had all the supplies we needed for our casual breakfast and lunch meals. Many prepared foods were also available at the store for convenient meals. We walked to Heritage Kitchen - delicious! Our trips beyond walking distance were facilitated by our stellar taxi driver Nicole. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to post her contact info in this review. But I did leave her business card in the condo! Deniss's place is perfect for your Grand Cayman getaway :)

Such a beautiful location and had everything we needed! The view was beautiful, property is peaceful, clean and accommodating. IF YOU PLAN TO RENT A CAR CHK WITH HOST BEFORE ARRIVING - We rented a car straight from the airport but when got to the place found out when reading the binder we could’ve gotten a discount with 2 other rentals.

Keidys’ place gets 5 stars. The unit matched the description and photos and is SUPER CLEAN. It is also very quiet and private; I felt at home. You are also within walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurants, grocery; I didn’t need a car at all. The bus stop is at the front of the property, stops about every 8 minutes, and $2.5 pp per leg, so very convenient if you don’t want to walk. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eileen is a great host! The location does require a car and it’s very easy to drive around the island. The place is clean and beds were very comfortable. I visit the island often and would stay here again!

Beautiful condo, extremely clean, nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and seating in the living room and balcony, nice quality toiletries provided. Three beach chairs and 5 sets of snorkeling gear also provided. We loved the pool & hot tub and having coffee each morning on the balcony while enjoying the amazing view. The West Bay Area was great, not too touristy but close drive to everything on Seven Mile Beach, including favorite restaurants Bonny Moon and dining at the Kimpton Hotel. We also loved Nova and Vivo for dinner, both very close to the condo. We didn’t walk anywhere due to the lack of sidewalks. We took taxis (definitely more expensive than Uber in the states but we were too nervous to drive) and also used the “bus” (vans) that came by the condo frequently, only $2.50 per ride. Loved our stay overall and hope to return!

Great location, right off north end of Seven Mile Beach. Very short walk across a single small road to get to the beach, public beach access is directly across so <2 min walk. Room came with everything you need for beach relaxation- umbrella, 2 beach chairs, portable cooler/thermos. Interior was modern and updated. Entrance was secured with key fob and separate key for unit. Room was surprisingly well soundproofed given there are a few restaurants at the Grove, we never heard the noise. Steps away from minimart for basic needs/water. Tons of parking. Great location to reach all of SMB, Cayman Yacht Club, Camana Bay, and many restaurants on west side. 15 mins from airport. 55 mins drive to rum point. Two small things that could’ve been better: 1. There were two mornings with painters/construction waking us up early (not sure host has any say in this) 2. Only 2 beach towels, would’ve liked more. Also shower temperature knob and dryer door difficult to operate Otherwise amazing!!

Superb location, space, and host for a private and quiet escape, while also being a block away from the beach, delicious dining, and grocery store. All amenities as described, easy to use, and unobtrusive to the living spaces. Lots of room to move around, spread out, and be comfortable… Our family of five adults fit comfortably and without constraints… Highly recommended!!!

Selina is an awesome host! Welcoming and responsive, she and Kristine (on-site host), will answer all of your questions and make you feel at home. The condo is just as pictured – uber clean and highly personalized with luxury amenities (soaps, scent diffusers, ceramic dishes) and high-end comfortable furnishings (couch with lounger, cushioned patio furniture, premium bed). Kitchen has separate oven and microwave and frig is quiet. Functional built-in shelving units in the closet, bathroom, and kitchen make a long-term stay easy. The Grove is in an ideal location – quick walk across the street to one of the best parts of 7MB. They’ve thought of everything you could need for the beach – Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella, cooler, various beach mats/blankets. Convenient grocery store, coffee shop, and secure parking are just an elevator ride away. We’d stay again! Thank you!

We had a great time on a girls trip. Quick walk to the beach, great screened in porch, well equipped kitchen and great roof deck. Plus great accommodations for a big group.

This is a perfect little studio for a couple to spend a get away to Grand Cayman. Budget friendly so that you have more funds to be able to enjoy the local restaurants and attractions. Perfect sunset views (if Mother Nature cooperates), cozy, squeaky clean, great housekeepers that check in and see if you need anything. Host communicated very well and the on island group was nicely attentive and great recommendations when needed. We will most likely be utilizing the Host’s space again.

Nice place. We were comfortable here. Excellent kitchen and pool. Excellent communication. Definitely a view of Seven Mile Beach and it was near Seven Mile Beach. If you are a diver, this is a great place to get picked up. It was still being cleaned after check in time, but hey, they were on island time. Would recommend and may return some day.
