Sailboat on Lake Chelan

AlissaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Having the option of staying on a sailboat in a marina was absolutely wonderful since we were able to have views of the beautiful lake and 360° views of the hills in the area! The location was perfect and could’ve been within a good walk to town, although it was too hot to walk when we were there. The marina was quiet, but picked up a bit Friday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse, which has a nice under covered seating area that made it a great respite from the heat. The bathrooms & showers were clean and the Harbormaster, Mark was very nice. There was a bit of confusion on the time when we arrived to check in. Chuck asked our ETA which I provided and we arrived a few minutes before then. I did not text when we arrived since I had already given our ETA, so we did wait around for a bit for him, but I think he thought we were going to text when we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal because we were enjoying the scenery in the area. We really enjoyed ourselves there!

Beautiful home with ample amenities. The resort had many activities and the host provided beach necessities we couldn’t have brought from home. Cooking and laundry services were great, welcome book and area suggestions were very helpful. A great home base for our busy week all over the island.

What a great spot. Fantastic sunset views of city. Roomy boat. Great Oakland location and right next to bart. We are local and rented just for a parents get away. What a score. We loved it. Comfy bed. Great host. Nice boat. Easy to park near or take bart. Easily accessible as well. Best part of Hack London Square. What a great place to visit both cities from.

Sailboats and Sunsets, Sidney, BC

Adeline Mei LingRating, 5 stars7 months ago
First off, Brad was very accommodating and opened availability to fit our schedule! This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first! It was a bit rockier from waves, but most of our family found that soothing. The first couple of days were really hot, but we made plans off the boat for those afternoons and Brad made sure that we had a couple of extra fans for air circulation to cool down the bedrooms before bedtime. We also made use of both paddleboards, which was a new experience for two of our kids, and they were pleasantly surprised that they really enjoyed it! There were plenty of life jackets, which made it easy to find one that fit each person. I brought food that could be reheated in the oven or on the stove and there were pots and pans, a baking sheet, and aluminum foil provided. Everyone is already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you so much, Brad, for the wonderful time! 🩵

"Endless Summer" Sailboat circa 1965

JpRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Ben’s boat is awesome. Very cozy and it had everything I needed. I’ve spent time on boats so I knew booking the boat was an adventure and a niche that I’m a fan of. My stay on the endless summer was a treat and I’ll book it again next time I’m in town. The marina is clean and safe, and there is plenty of food options close by (Short walks). I was surprised at how good the location was with activities in the marina (water sports, fishing, etc), restaurants, beach, airport. Even just relaxing on the back of the boat doing a little work on the computer, is time well spent there. Ben is very accommodating and responsive.

The West Star

Absolutely wonderful weekend on Elizabeth’s boat. The details are there. Comfy beds, plenty of nice white towels. Kitchen has everything you need. 3 levels of space. Different sitting areas for different temps through the day. Very nice quite area to wonder round. Pool area looks very inviting as did the well equipped gym. Enjoyed chilling with family & watching the wildlife. Can’t wait to go back.

Under the Moon

JohnRating, 5 stars22 months ago
You get what's advertised. If you are looking for a five star hotel, this isn't it, but on the other hand you have a very unique experience. Walking distance to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The boat is small - as advertised - but I was there alone so no problems for me. No noise anywhere, no issues with neighbours. I was looking for something different than the hotels and in fact airbnb's I usually stay at in my travels. This met the bill. The only issue is the lack of a bathroom on board. The marina bathrooms are nearby, and are very clean, but at 3 am it's a bother. I would recommend this place to stay, just make sure you read the instructions first, they are accurate, and important.

Sternwheel Riverboat B&B Cabin 4

RoxaneRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Hosts Randy and Paige were simply delightful! Our stateroom was adorable, fresh and clean, reading material included, refrigerator, coffee and decorated beautifully with lots of natural light and a view of the Newport Bridge and surrounding boats in the marina! We loved every bit of the Newport Belle! Private bathroom perfectly equipped! Chef Steve’s made to order breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the kind attentive service was such a treat! The wine and appetizers provided in the evening were so generous and delicious as well. Conversations with the hosts Randy and Paige as well as the other guests was welcoming and pleasant. The Newport Belle shared spaces are spacious, full of local treasures, enjoyable soft music and quaint options for enjoying a beverage including an outdoor patio space. We will definitely be returning guests! Thank you for the joy! Roxane & Kevin Van Datta

38' Yacht equipped with luxury and kayaks!

TeriRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Everything we needed was there. Nice to have the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We loved that we could bring our dog! It was a last minute decision to spend the night in Gig Harbor, so we needed a pet friendly stay. We did struggle a little with the lighting, but figured it out.

Sailing adventure on a 48 ft sloop

DianeRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I've thought about what I could write to describe the magical experience Graham provided by sharing his life and sail boat with us but I've been at a loss for words. The entire trip left me humbled, content, renewed, and excited to come back and sail with Graham again. Not only is the sailing amazing but so is he. Graham and the Santorini II will always be in our thoughts. Thank you from the depths of our hearts.

Dockside Boat & Bed, Sea Peepers

AdriannaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had an incredible stay on this private boat! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the Queen Mary and the lighthouse right from the dock. It was such a unique and memorable alternative to staying in a hotel. The surrounding area was fantastic, with so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. But honestly, the view from the boat was so amazing that we decided to order takeout and enjoy a cozy meal right on board—it was perfect! The boat was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was super responsive and helpful with all our questions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. This experience exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway!

Don't book a place, book an adventure.

JackieRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Worth it!!! Our Ketchikan experience started the moment we stepped on the boat…a humpback whale fluked just 40 yards away as he fed on fish. Our days in the yacht also included watching sea lions and harbor seals lounging on the docks and eating fish on the nearby shore. When not watching the sea-life, we fished and crab-potted! The boat was super comfortable providing all the modern comforts (heat, full kitchen with appliances, wifi, lounging space and comfy sleeping quarters). We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, but still had the security of a being on a gated dock. Don’t hesitate to book…although a little expensive, it’s non-stop adventure and look forward to doing it again! AMAZING!!!!!!!’n
