Great place. Our family of four with two teenagers had a blast. Plenty of room for all of us. Much better alternative to regular hotel room.

Was quite happy with this choice to stay. We were able to swim off the dock that is attached to the hotel. Couldn't beat the views and hospitality.

Conveniently located near Disney by walking or by shuttle! As a timeshare location in the midst of hotels, it was extremely convenient to park, check-in, check-out, and request additional items during our stay. If considering booking, note that there are additional fees for cleaning fee and parking, though Michelle kindly refunded the cleaning fee after our stay. Overall, great place to stay!

The amenities and luxury of a full service resort, with the privacy and space of your own villa. Fantastic resort-style pool setting, super fun lobby bar, boat ride to Mikada Japanese restaurant, pickleball, bike rentals...the JW is fun. The villa was really big. Master suite and bath were much larger than appeared in the photos. Full kitchen with dining table and walk-out patio. Washer/dryer was helpful.

Luk was kind and very helpful and the location is perfect! The resort isn’t on the strip, but very close many people walk to the strip.

Great place to stay! Close to Heavenly village and still has its privacy! Had no problems checking in at all.

Great place! Can see the Morro Rock from the hotel. Very close to restaurants.

Don’t be put off by the motel-like feel when you first arrive at the property, ie in the car park. Once inside, it’s lovely. Spacious, clean, lots of lovely food and drink available to buy at a reasonable price. The pool and fire pit looked great but didn’t get chance to use. Super quick response when we needed coffee filter papers that were missing. Great location downtown.

Last time we stayed at Palms with a different host everything went wrong. this host however was clear, Responsive and understanding. my wife thought the Disco ball was cool touched it and it fell. I contacted the host and she was very understanding and didn't bite our heads off. The space was very beautiful, Roomy was perfect staycation for our anniversary. we will definitely be staying with this host again. Thank you again!

The proximity to Heavenly mountain and the Stagecoach lift was amazing. Loved the amenity of a free shuttle to the base lift too. Ranjita was very responsive too. Thank you!

Robert was very responsive and helpful when I was there with my family for a four-day stretch! The balcony that has the ocean view was lovely. The kettle to heat water plus microwave and fridge were great. Would stay here again on my next trip to Honolulu. Close to everything!

Our stay was very pleasant. The location could not have been better just two blocks walk to downtown. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and people watching. I would highly recommend staying on a Thursday night to enjoy the weekly artisan market where they close down the streets for music and local vendors. We had a rental car but with the location you really would not need one. The backdrop of mountains and beautiful surrounding neighborhoods made walking and bike riding very enjoyable. There was also a small pool and courtyard. Although the property is a bit older, you get what you pay for and for the price we were very happy. Plus the bed and bedding were very comfortable which is about all we really wanted.

This is a very special space! Wonderfully eclectic decor, amazing enclosed patio with sofas. Very Berkeley. Erin was a pleasure to deal with. I booked at the last minute and she responded quickly and graciously.

Leslie was very quick to respond. On our brief interaction she was extremely sweet. The place was easy to find. It is cute and comfortable with a nice little front garden. It is on a busy road however, the traffic didn't bother me. I live on a busier road at home. My little dog & I had a lovely peacful time.
