This clean, comfortable home is in a peaceful neighborhood and centrally located to everything you may wish to enjoy while on your Central Florida vacation. Literally two to three minutes away from I-4, highway 417 and a multitude of shopping and dining options. Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. Also easy access to Sanford and Orlando International Airports.

DeLand Charmer- Near Daytona Beach and Orlando

Just minutes to the award winning Main Street and Stetson University. Ask me a question. I know where all the goodies are! Great location in between Daytona Beach and Orlando, the best of both worlds within just 30 minutes! You will enjoy the personal touches and decor this home has to offer. Simple, clean two bedroom APT walk to Stetson (#2)

This is a first floor apartment in a 1925 building that was fully renovated in 2015. There's a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The screened in back porch contains the full sized washer and dryer that guests are free to use and the back door opens to a good sized back yard (shared space). The apartment is walking distance to Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand's award winning downtown. There is reserved parking for one car.

Delightful DeLand two bedroom apartment

You will enjoy your stay here in this cute and cozy apartment. It has private parking and a private entrance into the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking. It is very close to downtown DeLand, Stetson University, and the DeLand airport. Wifi and cable TV. K-cup coffee, tea, creamers, and an assortment of sweeteners provided. There is an outdoor private porch right outside the kitchen and a small deck at the foot of the staircase.

A little taste of home away from home

A private home, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each, a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer on premise. Ample parking in driveway. Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) Nestled in a beautiful paved and gardened backyard space. My 640 sq/ft private cottage is behind my home in the small quiet town of Lake Helen, only a mile off of I-4. The cottage is filled with all the amenities that will make you feel at home. The cottage has one queen bed and the sofa bed is perfect for children. Also a pack and play for little ones.
