Great place to stay. Neat and nice. Furniture clean and sleek. Communication was excellent. Lorraine brought the key to me at the beach because i was unable to get to the property in time. I really appreciated the kind gesture. There was an issue with rusty water and tub wouldn't drain so i could not take a shower and boiled water i purchased to wash up. But i only stayed one night and i am sure they would have assisted with that issue had i stayed longer. Other than that. Loved the kitchen, floors, ceiling fan, blinds, patio, and restaurant personnel, and pool. Great place to stay and reasonably priced on right on canal and beach is in walking distance and is clean. Bring chairs if you want to sit on that beach.

Ravi was a great host, very responsive. The resort was truly wonderful, being able to walk right out to the beautiful white sand beach was truly a dream come true. We would definitely go back again!!

Nice rooms with full kitchen and a restaurant/bar for quick food and drink. Receptionist and staff were also very accommodating.

Our flight was delayed and we got in very late, we were still met at the villa and then the next day met again to show us around in the daylight!

After finding out our original location, Taino Beach, was closed do to a hurricane, Igor was happy to accomidate us at one of his other properties. We were very satisfied with our stay at Island Seas. The staff there were very friendly! Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed. We would be happy to book with Igor again.

Emile and Lorraine were great to communicate and coordinate with. We had a late arrival and they accommodated us and provided precise instructions.

We stayed in this apartment from Dec 21 to Jan 4 2025. We would have gladly stayed longer, and we'd love to come back again and again. It seemed like every detail had been thoughtfully covered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the dog bowls and leash, to the games and books provided. Internet access was easy and high-quality, there were towels and chairs for the beach. The apartment complex was quiet and well-kept and the pool was very well-maintained. Property Manager Melody was so helpful and friendly. She picked us up at the airport and couldn't have been more welcoming. We were able to rent the owner's car as many times as we wanted, and we were so impressed with the quality and the price. Coral Beach truly is just a five-minute walk from this apartment and we walked the beach every day of our stay - you can walk for an hour in each direction. The neighborhood is safe and the Laroc bar and grill at the Coral Beach Hotel offers great options for a meal or drink close by. Book it!

Beautiful place to host pool side event…. There was sufficient space for literally everything i think my favorite part was the bar set up And there was no need to hire a dj !!! The host was soooo nice and her Communication level was immaculate

Beautiful stay! The location is walking distance to sooo many attractions and resort access to Taino Beach/ glass bottom boat- and the Beach. Gavin was very tentative to the needs of the guest. The location allows you to have breakfast on the back porch while enjoying the beautiful sunrise… very peacefully located on the dockside. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Thanks again for another perfect vacation!! And for putting me up an extra night when all flights were canceled due to a storm in Florida. See you next year ❤️

We had a great stay! Richard was very accommodating and responsive. He helped us get transportation to/from the airport and provided an amazing list of recommendations. The place was beautiful with the canal and pool in back. Having the van to use was a great amenity to explore the area! Thanks so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay at Vangie’s place. The condo was clean and we had all of the necessary amenities and items we needed. There’s a great restaurant and bar on the property and the beach is literally a 60 second walk from the condo. We could hear the waves breaking on the shore at night. Just so peaceful!!! We’ll definitely be back next year.

Perfect condo on amazing Coral Beach. Everything was seamless and as described in the listing. Next time we visit we would love to recreate our wonderful stay!

Shawn's place was wonderful for our stay, It was conveniently located close to everything, tastefully furnished and he was a wonderful host. It's our second time and won't be our last.

Great condo! Everything you would need and more. Beach is beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. A nice walk to the bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend a rental car to see all the great areas of the island. Parking right on site. Excellent value.
