We had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Braga street and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Alfamart just downstairs ! An amazing place to stay if you are planning alot of activities in bintaro, it is also connected to a mall with grocery store so finding food wasnt a problm the place had an amazing view and it is also very clean anx well kept

Bu Ade's place is lovely and feels just like home. We stayed there after a morning trek with our dogs and ended up barely leaving the house—it was that comfortable. We really enjoyed just relaxing and taking it easy. There’s no air conditioning, but the place stayed cool thanks to plenty of ventilation and excellent air circulation. Absolutely loved it!

A convenient and clean apartment in a very nice residence. The Ciumbuleuit district is a bit high up, with a bit of freshness in the evening. The services offered by the residence are very good: swimming pool, gym, small convenience stores, dry cleaning, coffee... Lots of warung in the evening. The value for money is excellent. Thank you

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Amazing, our family has a very satisfying experience while staying here. Everything goes well from water heater (the most important thing because we have a baby), wifi, air conditioner, television, etc. We don't have any problems during the night here, host instructions are very clear, the location is also very strategic, Thankyou Jimmy .

Before being a host, it matters most to be human — and Ms. Diane truly embodies that. I stayed here with my wife and children, and we had many bags. Her staff warmly received us and kindly helped carry our luggage to the apartment. Throughout our stay, Ms. Diane was always responsive and went out of her way to assist us, especially since I don’t speak Indonesian. Her kindness made everything easier. If I return to Jakarta, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our time here. And your staff member was especially kind, with a sincere and welcoming smile.

The place was spotless, and the price was a great value. The surrounding area offers excellent facilities. Access to the main building is a bit narrow. The host was responsive, and the check-in process was straightforward.
