Holiday rentals with a patio in West Seattle

Great hosts! Lovely, comfortable & clean place. Would recommend to friends. Good base for exploring Seattle from with neaby public transport links. Had a slight issue getting in on arrival but they were quick to respond and resolve! Thank you!

Great spot downtown, very walkable, with lots of restaurants, clubs, and cafés within walking distance, as well as the harbour and Pike Place Public Market. The views from the apartment are very, very nice. This was our first time to Seattle and definitely want to come back.

Simple place to stay in while I apartment hunted. Five minute walk to the light rail and on site laundry were big pluses and the bathtub was extra deep.

What a gorgeous place to stay in if you're visiting Seattle! Take note that if you're walking to town, it's easy on the way down, but it's an incredibly steep hill on the way back up, not for the faint hearted! But Ubers and taxis are easy to get. The views are amazing!!! Kitchen had all essential pots and pans. There was no cooking oil or essentials, just salt/pepper/spices. There were no ice cube trays, no dish towels or tea towels, just paper towels to use to clean up. No dishwasher, so if you are cooking, be prepared to hand wash it all. Also, no cleaning stuff, just dish soap and a Clorox spray ( not what I like to use in a cooking area but not a huge deal) The rooms and beds were very comfortable! Plenty of closet and drawer space too. We would have liked to see the backyard but the door wouldn't open to go down the outer stairs, so we left it alone. It's an older house so we didn't want to tug on the door too hard and risk damage. Hosts were kind to let us check in early!

I had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's place in Kirkland. The unit was clean, bright, and welcoming, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings! Ingrid was such a friendly and responsible host, she really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect (especially during the unfortunate power outage on my first night- she made sure I had a flashlight and a candle!) The location was absolutely fantastic! I loved being able to take a short, easy walk to Lake Washington. The peaceful surroundings and charming neighborhood have completely sold me on the idea of moving to the Kirkland area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautifully managed stay!

Casie was very accommodating. The place was spotless and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the parking space made it so easy to park even when coming back late at night. Casie was very clear in her communication with us, and that really helped me feel stress free about staying at her place.

Neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. I liked that there was always a spot for me to park right in front. The place was very clean and organized. Fire places in each room kept us warm and comfortable. The huge TV was great for watching movies but keep in mind you will need your own logins to streaming services. Mattresses are memory foam which I usually struggle with for my lower back but these were much better than normal. I think the price is fair for what you get. We didn’t have any issues at all! Eric was kind and quickly responded to all messages.

Evalyne was phenomenally helpful and responsive. I had a package delivered by Amazon that I expected to be left at the door, but it had been placed in the mailbox. I contacted her explaining that the item was a present for the President of the organization and the conference ended the following day… and I was leaving for the last day of the conference at 8 am. She checked the cameras to see if it had been delivered and she be tracking info from Amazon showed one time (which was wrong), but the tracking from the shipper listed a different time and she was able to see that UPS had indeed dropped it off. She came to the Airbnb and dropped off the mail after 10 pm so I’d have it in time!!!!

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

As I wrote before. We could not be more happy with our stay. The villa far exceeded our expectation. The villa was well appointed and furnished comfortably. The kitchen is modern and had quite a few basic essentials. The master is large with a huge closet. If there was any drawback, it would the lack of a second bedroom. They do have bunkbeds in a linen closet that would be great for 2 kids. But I am 73yrs. old and the bunkbeds were fine for me, but a little difficult getting in and out. I am a landscape architect, so when I say the garden design was well planed and executed. The gardens offer well established planting surrounding a creek flowing over a waterfall into pond. There is a small natural pathway going around the water feature going in and out a view and through the beautiful plantings. The Adirondack chairs on the small patio were perfect for this peaceful space with views of the harbor. This Villa will always be my to go place when visiting family. Don S.

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

The House was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The location was amaazing, close access into town for food, entertainment and amazing coffee! The host's was very fast and patient with our messages and that was great.

Perfect location! I loved being able to walk to all the neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The dedicated parking spot was very helpful since street parking is for 2 hours unless you have a permit. The unit was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with plenty of towels and there’s also access to washer/dryer. Highly recommend this place!

Woohee's home was a perfect space to host my family for Thanksgiving. It was as described and very clean. Parking was as expected in Seattle but we never had to walk more than a block. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Woohee was a reliable and friendly host - communication and accommodations on point.

The living room area was bright and full of lights. The mall was near by and with lots of places to eat. After a full day at Seattle the home was nice to come back to and relax. People with mini vans need to back out slowing due to the angle of the driveway and street.

It was such a please staying here for a month. From the beautiful view when sitting on the coach in the living room, to the kind neighbors and door people, and the quick access to everything, it was a dream. David was a wonderfully kind host. If I am ever back in Seattle, I hope to stay here again.

Fast easy check in. Very clean, great location down town for my stay and will definitely come back in the future. Work out gym, pool, Hot tub and sauna is what sealed the deal for me!

This listing was great! Perfect location—walking distance from Pike Market and across the street from the Elliott Bay Trail—and beautifully furnished. The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.
