James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Kate and Guy were always on hand & replied to messages straight away, so great communication & very chilled about everything. The house is beautiful, great set up & layout, perfect for kids & what we needed it for with a great local walkable pub. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful house inside and out. Excellent attention to detail (quality finishes, linen, fresh flowers on arrival). Really helpful welcome pack and welcoming/accessible communications from host/local contact. Great utilities: aga, double dishwasher/fridge freezers, utility room, integrated speakers, log fire. A lovely family holiday home with great amenities. Nice and clean and in a great location, great for the family including our dog. Rosie was extremely helpful on a few different matters and responded very quickly. All in all a very comfortable stay in a beautiful house that I would recommend.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

We spent a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Tara’s beautiful house. The location is superb and the house accommodated our two families perfectly. It’s very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the house! Tara was also a very responsive and helpful host.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The house was exactly as described, with all the essentials provided, making it a perfect place to stay for the whole week. The location was excellent, with all the main shops within walking distance and easy access to key tourist spots in Portsmouth. Monika was very responsive to messages and quickly arranged visitor parking permits for us.

A great flat, exactly as described with superb sea views from a spacious and comfortable furnished lounge. The flat is light and airy and had everything we needed for our stay - Prosecco and choccies on arrival was an added bonus! Bed very comfy and so nice to go to sleep and wake to the sound of waves breaking… we walked the beach each day and enjoyed visiting the local village for provisions - Knead, the butchers and Rosarios (great tasting pizza) deserve a particular mention. We definitely recommend this flat and will be returning!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Nice flat, well-equipped, comfortable and in a good location, and Paul was very helpful with our special requests as we had an extra car. No complaints, all essentials were provided and we would stay there again.

What a perfect location for walks, site -seeing restaurants and cafes all with in 5 min drive . Everything on your doorstep yet you wake to the sound of the birds , with the trees framed in the velux windows as you open your eyes you feel like your deep in the country . Parking was easy right opposit the Barn, a private stair case leads you to your own entrance overlooking the garden. I found everything I needed for cooking a meal in the perfect little kitchen, I took a lovely hot shower and slept very well in the comfortable bed . I'd definitely recommend Charlotte s place thank you for having me .

Little Greenways is exactly what you see and read in the description, with friendly hosts. Perfect location for beaches, restaurants, pubs and lazy mornings with gorgeous views. The loft style accommodation is very dog friendly with a beautiful garden for them to play in. This is one of my favourite places to stay, if not favourite, in the last 5 years I've been coming to the area for a short get away. Definitely recommended!

Great base for a few days in Portsmouth, we were working in the nearby Kings Theatre, and it was ideal, also just a short stroll to the sea front and shopping streets. Comfy bed, outdoor space a big plus for us. And the hosts were really quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect for our needs, so comfortable, beautifully thought out in design and furnishings. We would love to book for much longer, next year. Recommend to anyone who would appreciate peace and quiet with sound of the waves lapping at seashore just beyond the small private rear garden. SUPERB! From start to finish our break was truly wonderful. Rob as a host was proactive and very supportive at all times, couldn’t ask for better, we can say one of the best! The apartment was well positioned, extremely clean and generously equipped. (everything worked!😃) Also, there was a welcome hamper with some treats and a bottle of wine, lovely touch!😃 For the four days we were there, we were warm and comfortable, it soon felt like home. We loved walking our dog to the beach every day, which is only a stone’s throw away. We fully recommend ‘Goldeneye’ and all it has to offer, we will definitely return. Thank you so much Rob! ☺️

We had a great short stay at Michelle’s beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 of us plus the dog and set in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely return.

We stayed in the apartment over Christmas and New Year, and it was a wonderful stay. Syreeta and Mark decorated the flat for us and we felt right at home. The flat was warm and felt secure. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom clean and tidy. There was everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Thanknyou

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We had a great weekend stay at Roman's Retreat. The flat is in a private road with a partial sea view. It is well located on the south coast of Hayling Island. We had great weather so were able to walk along the sea front with ease. On our first night we ate out in one of the local pubs, there were two very close by with other dining options. In the morning we nipped out to the convenience store (around the corner) and grabbed a coffee from one of the many coffee shops. The place has two spacious bedrooms and a large living room with two sofas. Everything you need for a couple or family of four. The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly refurbished and therefore spotlessly clean. It's a first floor flat which benefits from a small balcony which I sat out on taking in the late September afternoon sun. We parked right outside in the private road which felt safe and secure. It's a great place for a visit to Hayling Island. Louise was a great host, very responsive. Thanks!

Lovely little place, so clean! Coffee machine was very welcome ❤️ Log burner was easy to use and very atmospheric that really enhanced the romance. Perfect location to explore Emsworth, lots of nice pubs, good restaurants and picturesque scenery.
