We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

Gorgeous, well equipped house in peaceful surroundings. We wanted somewhere that we could unwind as a family after a busy few months with work and exams and this was perfect. Access to the pool was the cherry on the cake. Catherine and Sarah were great hosts.

We had 3 adults and 6 kids under 4 in the caravan and we had an amazing time. We didnt actually spend that much time in the air b and b as there is so much to do in the local area and the facilities are so good. This is especially good considering it is February! The hosts were so responsive and understanding. We are hoping to come again and recreate a magical stay. We had reservations about so many toddlers in such a small space but it was a great set up. Thanks again

The communication from Sarah was great in the lead up to our stay. The check in process was simple and the caravan was clean and cosy. The park itself was nice with lots going on but we just used it as a base to come and to from.

From booking the home, the host was friendly, helpful and very communicative. On arrival the caravan was clean and tidy and had everything we needed as a family for our stay.

Dans place was great , only stayed one night with the kids and we all enjoyed it. Dan was quick to resolve an issue we had with the gas and great communication. Would deffo recommended staying there.

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

Andy was a great host and thought of all the little things that made our stay perfect - his place is an absolutely beautiful cottage in a gorgeous setting! The bedrooms were which all of a great size, had comfy beds/bedding, and all had bedside lights (often missing from other places). The bathrooms were very clean, and modern. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful touch, and very much appreciated. The internal staircase is a little steep but in keeping with the original part of the cottage (perfectly safe to use). Andy has managed to mix the traditional and modern perfectly! The kitchen had everything you could need, and has the most amazing oven which was easy to use - we were really impressed with it and used it a few times (which we’ve never done previously when staying in AirBnB’s). Have already recommended this place to others!

Lovely little place in an ideal location. Beautiful decoration & appliances. Gorgeous little terrace/decking. Excellent communication with host. Nice & clean. Very comfortable bed. Sofa would benefit from a throw or cover as it looks a bit tired, but is also v comfy.

My family and I had a great stay at this Bournemouth Airbnb. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The check in was straightforward via the lockbox, and the neighbourhood was quiet at night too. Caroline and Kevin were excellent hosts and were very efficient in their communication throughout to make sure we had all we needed. I would highly recommend this beautiful Bournemouth Airbnb for you to stay at.

A lovely house that more than adequately accommodated our family of 8, with room for more if needed. It is on quite a main road, so traffic can be heard from the front bedroom, but this didn’t ruin the experience for us. Great space for relaxing, dining and playing games with the family over the New Year break. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for most self catering requirements. There are a number of beautiful beaches, towns and scenic spots within minutes away from the house, so something for everyone within reach. Katie was easily available for any enquiries and not far away if needed. She is a very hospitable host! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Lovely house in a great location, just round the corner from both the high street’s local shops and the river. Would recommend the Old Granary on the Quayside which is just down the road, which is also where the Sat market is held at the weekend. The bus stop to Swanage, Corfe Castle and Poole is also close by on the high street. A trip to the wonderfully restored Rex Cinema in Wareham is also highly recommended. Julie was a great host, quick to respond to any queries and the house had all we could need for our weekend away.

Wow wow wow is all I can say. A wonderful house 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the town. A wonderful spot for a family reunion with some toys and games for the kids to play with. Only negative if I am being honest was the kitchen / dining table was a bit cramped with 8 people and due to the house being lived in there was very little space available in the freezer. Other than that which weren’t bad things the place was amazing. The response of the owner was the quickest and most informative I have ever experienced.

Great location for a couple of days away. Lots of windswept walks along the beach. Can recommend the walk from the house to Mudiford via the little ferry. House is as expected, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Easy to find and parking for a couple of cars directly in front of the house. Can recommend Vicola Italian Bournemouth, Hot Rocks for a Cajun twist and The Lighthouse Restaurant in Milford on Sea ; especially after walking to Hurst Castle and back)!

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

We had a great stay at Belinda’s place. The house is welcoming and just a short walk to the beach. The location is unbeatable for the quieter Bournemouth beaches. Belinda and Matthew checked us in and shared some great tips to make our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the open-plan downstairs and garden area provided a great space for our 4 year old and baby. Belinda was very warm and quick to respond to our queries both before and during our stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! We were celebrating our mums 60th birthday and she was blown away by this stunning house in a quiet scenic setting. The large open kitchen made meal times enjoyable and fun. The pool table was a hit along with the hot tub! We had a fantastic stay and Matthew was very helpful from start to finish.

If your looking for a hidden gem you have found it !!! The accommodation is very large, cosy and extremely well equipped. We arrived last minute due to another air BB being sub standard and Sarah was so brilliant, we were checked to house within 30 mins. The inside of the house simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and so convenient to walk to Fordingbridge. The host sarah is absolutely amazing you really could not ask for a better host. Unfortunatly she could only accommodate ourselves for 4 nights, but then she went above and beyond to find us another air BB that her friend had available I would highly recommend this property.
