Holiday rentals with a patio in Western North Carolina

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

This is a second visit. Just as before, everything was neat, clean, and very convenient to our son's home. Ed very kindly allowed our grandchildren to visit. My husband and I felt right at home. Ed is very responsive and visits seem comfortable and easy. We appreciated the snacks left for us and the convenient amenities. We are comforted in knowing there is a lovely place to stay close to our NC family.

The stay was amazing and felt like home. Would definitely stay again!

I have stayed in over 100 Air BnBs over the last few years for work, this is hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful place, breath taking views, and Mr. Don is one of the nicest, most interesting men I've ever had the privilege to meet. 11/10 recommend

The place was great! I didn’t realize that the hot tub and outdoor area was a shared space but I probably just missed it when I was booking! Overall a great trip and a beautiful place to stay

The apartment was conveniently located to where we wanted to go and easy to find. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware and had shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The rainfall and sprayer hose shower heads were really nice. The hosts were responsive and had good instructions through Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great escape for the day. Made great steaks on the grill and really disconnected from our daily lives. The place was clean and loved the Spaniard vibe. Thank you!

We were looking for a last minute booking on a home close to Boone and came upon this listing. The place was spotless clean and had everything that you may need for a short stay. The instructions and the check in and out process was super easy. My teens loved the giant tv screens and the pool table and we loved the view and the privacy. We would love to stay again but this time in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the porches and the views more.

Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

Chelsea was very friendly and accessible whenever we needed anything. The cottage was adorable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We stayed in Middlesboro for 3 nights and Carolyn’s place was great! We brought out 2 pups along and they enjoyed the large yard. Carolyn was extremely friendly and helpful.

Karen's place was lovely and is exactly as described. The house was spacious and clean. The New hot tub was lovely as we enjoyed it as it snowed lightly. The beds were comfortable and had good linens and blankets. There were extra blankets everywhere which was a nice bonus. only downside we found was the steep road to get to the house could be a bit scary if snow/ice are present and you don't have a vehicle and/or deiver equipped to deal with that. otherwise this house is close to town and has lovely views of the mountains and is an excellent place to stay and enjoy the area.

We interacted with Cheryl (The co-host) the whole time of our stay and she was simply wonderful! Genuine and pleasant. The rental was clean and perfect for our stay. Cheryl does the housekeeping and it shows in how well cleaned and how well kept the unit was. We anticipate staying here again!

Great place and very cozy!

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

This condo was exactly what I needed. I wanted a cabin vibe but within the city limits. The pictures matched the description perfectly!! The mountain view from the bedroom and peaceful atmosphere were very relaxing. Though I must say the condo is perfect for couples. As mentioned by previous guests, the tourist attractions are within 15mins walking distance which is an added bonus. During my visit, I did not experience any issues. Overall I truly enjoyed my trip and would most certainly visit again.

Great place, easy to access and exactly as described

This place is everything you need for a gate away, close proximity to everything and very private still, we love the size of the apartment our family of 5 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views! We will back next year!

It was a great place very well stocked. Not sure how walkable it was in the winter but I’m sure better weather is not an issue. It is a large hill to come up so maybe older folks couldn’t do it. I was very comfortable. Thank you
