The stay was very successful. The home is great, so is its surroundings. Although there is a dirt road and the house is in the middle of the forest, everything works well and there was no problem throughout the stay. I recommend this place because of the quietness and lack of neighborhood is one of a kind.

The forest house is very nicely located. You walk up the Dwingelerveld in no time and there is a lot of privacy. The cottage is packed with amenities and tidy. Instructions are clear and communication is good. If you have any questions, they will respond almost immediately. In short, recommended!

Properly one of the best places to visit for a remote forest oriented trip!

Had another lovely stay in this colorful decorated retro cottage. Extremely quiet area, bright stars, fresh air. Relaxed. Furthermore, everything is available in terms of facilities and communication with the host Teddy is quick and good. We look forward to seeing you again :)

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful house. The amenities were better than any other vacation home. The location and the view from the windows are fantastic. Our hostess was always available and lovingly took care of the great farmhouse and our concerns. There was even a cake for us as a guest gift. The area invites you to take long walks. The house is very spacious and lovingly furnished. We even had a Christmas tree and pretty Christmas decorations. The kitchen and amenities are like home. We spent nice hours by the fireplace. The spacious utility room next to the kitchen should also be mentioned. Space for everything you have with you. Second large refrigerator with freezer. I'm sure we'll be back!!!! 👌 Grade excellent

Fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to cook anything. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy cottage! It was spacious, dog friendly and perfectly furnished. Ragna was very friendly and straightforward. The location is ideal for relaxing walks. We will be happy to come back!

My dogs and I had a lovely stay. The chalet was clean, nice fenced garden with sun, shade and lots of privacy. You'll walk right into the woods, lovely. The chalet is in a corner of the campsite so almost no one walks by, and there are only neighbors at the back of the chalet. Good bed, good shower and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed it! Please note that if you come with dogs, you also have to pay for the dogs at the reception of the campsite (in addition to the tourist tax). This was not stated in the listing so I hadn't counted on it. In high season, that's 4.45 per dog per night, so that's best.

Jacqueline and Peter are very nice hosts. They responded quickly to questions and took care of them. The place was very clean and tidy. Arrival and check-in were completely problem-free. We were there over New Year's Eve as our dog is afraid of fireworks. The park itself must not be slammed, so it was quite quiet. I'd love to come back.

What an amazing house, in a beautiful quiet area. Equipped with all the luxury. Glad the Christmas lights were already installed and the house was nice and warm on arrival. That feels very welcome. Enough room for all. Much possible in consultation. Roelof is a very approachable host, who will be happy to help.

Fantastic place for a getaway! The house is a bit hidden but once you have found it, bombastic! Nice layout and amenities. We felt very comfortable. With the lake and outdoor swimming pool within walking distance we had a very nice summer vacation. The place is very cute and the people very hospitable. The house is highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time, beautiful surroundings! Chalet was neat and clean, sleeping was great, lovely beds. Place is also very nice, car to park next to the chalet, we will definitely come back!!! Our first time on airbnb and was great!

Glamping was the first time for us. Was a little smaller than on pictures but was cozy. Coffee maker is with taps, there is not a toaster. The toilets and showers are outside. These are very clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Top service. We could not check in on time due to sick mother. Was no problem. Key with info was ready so we could go straight to the cottage. We were very surprised how clean and tidy the cottage was. 100% better than what we are used to with the competitor. We had a holiday home with fence, which is perfect for our four-legged friend. She enjoyed it too. Furthermore, the bedrooms are fine. Not too big but adequate. Kitchen is neat. Dishwasher (very important) available. Combi microwave and solid stove. Living/dining room tidy. Furniture top. Garden furniture and umbrella top quality. We were able to have delicious breakfast in the garden. WiFi available for the addicted children ;). The vacation park is nice and quiet. Which was great for my sick mother. Plenty of activities available such as a swimming pool, tennis court and playground for the little ones. I can't really mention any drawbacks. Communication with management is top. Quick response and thoughtful. Thanks!

We really enjoyed the house, beautiful garden, chill space and swimming pool. Except that it is very nicely decorated, it is also very complete. Bart is very friendly and responded incredibly quickly with a question from us. Even though we were only there for a long weekend, it really felt like a vacation.

We had a wonderful week of peace in the villa. In the area many beautiful hiking areas and cities such as Leeuwarden and Groningen at rideable distances. Nice to go for a day. The host had nicely decorated the house in the Christmas atmosphere, so the real Christmas feeling was not missing. The fireplace completes the atmosphere!

Nice cottage in a nice area. Easy to enter by means of a lockbox. Cottage is lovingly decorated, nice that there are so many herbs and oil in the kitchen.

Nienke’s place was exactly what we expected. The interior living space is inviting. The outdoor backyard has a small BBQ and the wellness area. We highly recommend paying for wellness. The use and ease of a backyard jacuzzi and sauna was the perfect end to each day. Nienke herself is a great host. She is very responsive. Can’t go wrong choosing Nienke’s place. Nature is just a walk away and Giethoorn was about a 20 minute drive.

It’s the second time we’ve stayed in Gerrit’s accommodation. It suits us as we are motorcyclists. Safe parking with friendly guests staying in other bungalows on site. Staff are very helpful and the restaurant on site serves wonderful food.

Lovely spacious house, unobstructed view of meadow with sheep. Located 20 meters from very nice Bistro with large terrace (same driveway). Both bedrooms have their own shower. Kitchen with plenty of stuff and good oven and microwave (nb no stove). Very nice late check out in sunday.

Nice cottage with full kitchen. The pellet stove kept the space nice and warm. Also nice that there is a small fenced garden, lots of privacy. The only downside is the road, but that did not detract from the night's sleep.

Joost is very kind and always helpfull. Communication was easy and everything was prepared well. Accommodation was nice and clean. I can recommend this accommodation and I have no problem to come back whenever Im around.
