Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Westfield

We love this place! Kids had a lot of fun inside and out. Very close to everything we did. The kitchen was perfect to cook a large family dinner. We felt right at home a very cozy and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay very clean. Fully supplied kitchen and comfy beds. Easy to get to. Everything worked. Host was easy to communicate with and had a very good response time. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Little pricey but speaks for itself

Beautifully renovated home. Cody and Rebekah were very responsive. We felt right at home upon arrival and were greeted with a welcome basket. We didn't walk anywhere directly from the home, but Garfield Park, lovely areas of Indianapolis, and tons of dining options are within 10 minutes of the Blue Beauty. Many less than 10 minutes. We went to the Carmel Christmas market 30 mins away and a brewery, tavern, restaurant, bakery, boardgame store, and speakeasy within 5 mins of driving. Our favorite places were the Elf'n moon and the Vault. Plus, it was lovely coming back to the house, and we were able to bring our puppers. The backyard was perfect; privacy fence, no holes for our smaller dogs. Thank you again Cody and Rebekah. It is very clear why you are super hosts!

Jeanne Louise's River Cottage is the gold standard for Airbnb's! The absolutely DARLING decor looks photo-worthy and photo-ready for ANY magazine shoot. Truly delightful and lovely! The beds are super comfortable and the entire home is so thoughtfully appointed that I struggled with leaving! CANNOT WAIT to go back! It's a home that I would love to experience during all seasons.

This was a fantastic place to stay while working in the area. The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was convenient for our work needs. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. We came in for WWE Smackdown and the Royal Rumble and the home was super close to downtown Indianapolis where the events were. We did Uber and it was nice and reasonably priced. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. The home is nice and was clean . The beds were comfortable and the only issue we had when we got there was the door knob was loose and fell off but we told Brett about it and he offered to comeover and fix it but we told him it would be fine we just wanted to make sure he was aware of it. We will definitely stay their again when we go to Indianapolis . We loved the home and Brett was very communicative the whole time . Thank you for everything !!

We have stayed at this house multiple times. It is clean and spacious, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts are perfect -- right there when you need them, not in your business when you don't.

We reserved Jamie‘s place while we were in town for a wedding and because the kitchen looked nice. It was nice to prep some of the kitchen food right there and made it easy to transport to our location. I also loved how comfy the beds were.

I was on personal business for a few days and sought out a place to stay in my old neighborhood. I lived in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis from 2012-2019 and it’s a great neighborhood with lots of dining options and bars and independent shops. It’s by far my favorite neighborhood in Indy. The house is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Although it’s a short walk to the heart of Broad Ripple, it’s on a quiet neighborhood street with little traffic. It was the middle of winter so I did not use the backyard but it would be great in warmer months.
