Our stay at Wetley Cottage was fantastic! The place has obviously been designed with care and thought in every detail! One of the most well stocked places I’ve ever stayed with everything you could possibly need! The whole cottage was very homely, cosy and comfortable. The outdoor areas had so many different options to sit and relax! Shetland ponies were an adorable bonus! Louise was so lovely and helpful! Even coming to tell us that the Northern Lights were visible! Plus many other super local recommendations! The place was private at the end of a lane. The surrounding nature was superb, we heard owls and saw many other interesting birds. I would recommend Wetley Cottage to all! Perfect in Winter and I imagine just as wonderful all year round!

Really great value air bnb, 2 minute walk from loads of cafes/pubs/restaurants. Lots of circular walks you can do from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen. Great bath/shower. Bunk beds perfect for if you are staying with kids. Personal touch of biscuits was lovely would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at melanie’s cottage was perfect. The place was clean and cosy. Melanie was so lovely and very quick with responding. There’s lots of beautiful walks round the area and I couldn’t recommend it more.

This is a perfect place for a group get together. In the heart of Bakewell but also still feels private. Really good kitchen so you can cook breakfast in. The lounge and dining area was perfect size for 10 of us to sit around and have a wholesome night. Pizza place underneath the Airbnb was amazing and the pubs in Bakewell are good traditional pubs

Soozey & Jen provided helpful directions on how to get to the place and was very helpful throughout our stay. The place is so beautiful, well-designed and carefully thought, we really enjoyed our stay so much!

Beautiful house that is cosy and unique. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable home from home in Derbyshire. Great location and gorgeous views!

A lovely cottage in a small village. I stayed here with my girlfriend after going on a walk in Edale. The cottage was easy to find using the instructions and was a lovely place to stay. Very cosy and quirky inside, with everything you’d need. We had dinner at the Red Lion pub (2 minute walk away) which did really nice food and drinks. I’d definitely recommend staying here and we will be back when walking in the local area again! Thanks Mandy.

Just came back from a wonderful stay here. Cottage was perfect and ideal for my husband, son and dog. Beautiful walks right on your doorstep and very peaceful. This is a very dog friendly cottage with a great porch area to dry them off and for them to enjoy some treats. The humans were not left out either with some much appreciated treats. The log burner is amazing especially with the cold weather we encountered. We have been many times to the Peak District and we all agreed this was our favourite place to stay yet.

Absolutely gorgeous week away with another family, the cottage was perfectly suited to us … a big living room for the kids to play and lounge in the evening with the fire on, dining area and great bedroom config which meant both families had room. We also with our little one and had our own bathroom and our friends had 2 kids in the double room and they had their own bathroom too. The welcome brochure was helpful! Lovely pub a 6 min walk away and Carsington water visitor centre was perfect for some exploring. A brilliant stay thank you and we will hopefully be back.
