Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Whangarei District

This was a top 3 Airbnb experience - and we’ve been to a lot of Airbnbs! Everything was immaculate and tastefully / uniquely decorated. Things that stood out: GREAT linens - this went from bedsheets to towels to dish towels. And Sheenah thought of every little detail - the unit has everything we needed and more. She also left thoughtful surprises like a little jar of local honey. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We’d love to come back!

Quintessential kiwi batch, located directly in front of beautiful Manapouri beach. Great place to re set the mind and body from busy city lifestyle. Will definitely re book when the chance  arises. Thanks Mark!

What a fantastic place. The setting is spectacular and the location is unbeatable. A real touch of kiwiana.

What a gem this place is! A beautiful modern and clean apartment right on the water. We had a lovely stay, despite it raining for most of the time and not being able to take advantage of the outdoor seating area or enjoy the incredible view. Russell and Michelle are such warm and friendly hosts.

Gorgeous place to stay if you want a bit of peace and quiet. We had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend this Airbnb . Hope to be back soon!

This is very nice place to stay. A quiet area with some good walks. My situation was a little different as I wasn't on holiday and wanted somewhere quiet and reasonably close to the hospital where I was visiting my husband each day. The property is off the road and there are auto gates. As I was on my own this made me feel very safe - on top of which Genevieve was in the main house a lot of the day. It was comfortable and cosy (given my stay was during the winter) and Genevieve and her husband went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Thoroughly recommend and if I ever need to be in Whangarei for any length of time I hope I can use this accommodation again.

This is an ideal place to feel right at home. Perfect if bringing a dog as it’s fully fenced and off the main road. Lots of space, really well equipped kitchen, great indoor and outdoor flow and the fan in the bedrooms was well needed across this summer weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the house was great for our family. There was everything we needed, plus lots of other little things you don’t realise you need until you need them! The house is in a great spot - it was really quiet and in easy walking distance to the beach. Mark and Leone are such great hosts - so kind, helpful, and very responsive. They were there in a flash when we messaged to say we were missing something. Thanks again for a really great few days!

Our family had a wonderful stay at John's home in Matapouri. The house felt very homely and we appreciated having the key essentials provided. The property is incredibly peaceful and felt like a countryside getaway, with the benefit of beautiful Matapouri Bay and Whale Bay just a short drive away. The playground was a real hit for our adventurous little toddler, as were our daily walks to say hi to the resident chicken and neighbouring horses. John is a great host and an excellent communicator, a pleasure to deal with. We'd love to stay again!

This place is in the most wonderful location and most gorgeous setting on the estuary with the rolling ocean in the distance with everything you need for a peaceful and fun few days. My only wish was that we could have extended our trip for another couple of nights! Cassie’s Bach is really thoughtfully set up and we enjoyed barbecues, kayaking and a dip in the hot tub. Really comfy beds, good air con and great showers - even a warm outdoor shower! We would love to come back next time we come to NZ - it was heaven!

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts!! Be sure to ask if Russ is available for a sailing trip. Next time we’ll book an overnight on the boat. It is well worth it!! We took another sailing excursion while in town and Russ was far superior. The food, hospitality, and experience was more than we could have asked for. We also loved the house. It’s very spacious with everything you need. We didn’t mind that it was a 5-10 min drive to get into the city. The spa at the end of the day was perfect as well. We’ll come back and recommend that you stay here!!!

This is by far the best place my husband and I have stayed ! Anneke has an amazing eye for style the studio is designed to perfection ! It is beautiful - peaceful and comfortable ! From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and calm, it was exactly what we needed ! The view is 'out of this world' to watch and hear the waves crashing is sooo nourishing for the soul - everyday is soo different - different colours and sounds - we loved making a cup of tea and sitting and making the most of the environment ! Some days we didn't leave the studio as it's so restful ! Anneke is very a kind considerate host and i would highly recommend this accommodation - my husband and I are hoping to come back soon ! I am sooo glad I booked it !! Thankyou Anneke !
