Rosarita Ranch Bed and Breakfast

This is a cozy bedroom with a very comfy king bed located in the banquet hall next to our home. The bedroom opens up to large sitting area which seats 10 comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, a full size fridge and freezer, coffee pot, crock pot, electric skillet, toaster, and microwave. It's completely private with its own carport. We may not be able to serve breakfast to midweek stays; just ask in case we’re available. Breakfast reservations must be made seven days in advance.

Come stay in our recently remodeled family homestead that was built in the 1880’s. It’s a relaxing getaway on a true Texas cattle ranch that has been operated by our family for well over 100 years. We have another rental house listed as "Koch Ranch - Cabin" which is located next door. Many guests rent both houses. They are far enough apart where each house has privacy from each other, but groups are close enough to enjoy their stay together.

Property is gated and requires code for entry. Home is set off the main road approximately a quarter mile down a concrete driveway lined by 200 year old live oaks. A large circle drive is exclusively dedicated for use by guest. The Home is located on a 32 acre working ranch. Owner lives in a separate home and prefers to allow guest to function autonomously but is happy to address any questions or concerns.
