Holiday rentals in Wheathill

We stayed for 2 nights to have some well deserved rest and it was just that! The surroundings were beautiful and mixed with the fabulous hut and hot tub we had a great time! Nicola was very proactive in her communication and was more than accommodating. Would definitely return.

We loved staying at Lime Lodge, the location, even within the park itself, was incredible with stunning views all around. We loved spending time in the hot tub whilst looking out over the fields of sheep, one of our party went for a run in the morning which also had beautiful views, the lodge was well stocked with everything we needed and the communication from the host was great. As we were staying for a wedding we did not make the most of the local area, however noticed that the lodge had recommended walks which I’m sure would have been lovely to do. Thank you for the great stay!

What an absolute gem!! The location of the lodge is fantastic, beautifully peaceful countryside with only the birds and local farm animals in sight and earshot. The photos really do not do it justice, the feel inside is super cosy and well equipped. Outside is on another level - the views over the fields, private hot tub and sauna as well as various different seating areas make it stand out. We had planned to walk to the local pub but we were having such a relaxing time we decided not to leave at all! We had asked for the hot tub to be warmed for when we got there, the only thing I will say is bring your fire making abilities with you as you'll need them! Michelle was a great host, she was very responsive both prior to the stay and during, and met us there to let us in, nothing was too much trouble. The return trip is already in discussions!

Well where to start!!! The cottage alone. . WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! Such a beautiful cottage, in such a peaceful, quiet and serene location. No worries about noisey neighbours, your closest neighbour's ARE the sheep in nearby fields should you go out for a walk, which you absolutley SHOULD!!!! Everything was perfect, amazing location with views for miles. The hills are incredible to explore, the host did not exaggerate on that whatsoever. Kinda didn't want to leave lol. Everything we needed or wanted was already provided, and the host was only a quick message away, plus free wood was provided for the indoor fireplace. It was out of this world, and we cannot wait to come back again!!

Beautiful place, was the perfect escape from the city for the weekend. Pip explained everything accurately and thoroughly and provided us with some logs for the fire which was great fun. The hut was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bath outside was perfect for a cold evening. Thanks Pip we had a great time!

Wow what a beautiful place so peaceful just what we wanted the hut was immaculate with everything we needed for our stay the milk , Welsh cakes and Prosecco are such a nice touch! Hot is really lovely and very clean and so nice to robes to use ! We can’t fault the place . Andy & Rosie are fantastic hosts they have the most beautiful home we were so sad 😞 to leave we also loved the cats 🐈‍⬛ thanks again we will definitely be coming back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could not recommend this place enough. Loved the views of the mountains. We all loved the outside bath. Cabin immaculately clean and tidy. No WiFi, just brilliant! Wanted to get away from it all. Local pubs and walks fantastic. Was looking at local Ley lines in the area. Twin valley ley lines and pilgrimage. Local medieval churches stunning. Laura an excellent host. Cider and Apple juice on site with shop. Lovely to to have a welcome note for kids and me. Kids loved the outside bath and also the bunk bed. And very accommodating with same day/late booking. Thanks again.

A fabulous property in an idyllic location. Well furnished and equipped - all spotless and in working order. Great place for kids with games, plenty of space to run around and enjoy the countryside. The place is tranquility defined and the host, Sandra, very friendly, helpful, approachable and kind. We will definitely try to return.

Simply stunning. Just returned from the best two night stay we’ve had through Airbnb. Rebecca’s place is simply stunning. Everything for your stay has been so well thought through, from a lovely arrival touch of cake, fresh coffee and milk to have every utensil and kitchen amenity to home cook. We stayed with a new born baby, 2 children under 5 and grandparents. The barn provides more space than you could imagine, providing areas of the barn for chill out time, naps and also space for us adults to wind down with a glass or 2 of wine, without worrying about waking the children. The barn is spotless, very well furnished and immaculately clean. Rebecca as a host is outstanding, from local things to do, places to visit and very fast responsive times. Nothing was a problem and set us up for the perfect family weekend away. The barn is secluded, private and just a delight. We’re looking at dates to return in the future. Thank you! Family of 9,
