The place was great! Through the pictures we thought the place + the garden was bigger, but there was more than enough space for us seven people! The view of the sea is wonderful and the sunsets can be admired on the loungers by the pool! As a welcome, there is a cake at the kitchen table. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice and tidy, the location is great,close to all attractions within 10 minutes. In snowy times, you can also enjoy sledding and winter joys in front of the house and the nearby Mukinje sledding area at about 10 minutes away. The host, Ivana, is super helpful and responsive. And a domestic dog who is always guarding the house and guests.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We spent the Bavarian autumn holidays in Mateja's house. We really liked the house with three nicely decorated and bright bedrooms and a great conservatory! Because the conservatory was so great, we stayed there for a very long time even though we planned some excursion or two. ^^; Mateja is super nice, proactive and attentive landlady. Hopefully we can come back.

The hot tub and sauna were amazing after spending the day at Plitvice lakes, easy 30-40 minute drive to the park. We loved picking fresh apples and pears from the orchard out back, they were so delicious! The town of Cetingrad is beautiful with great restaurants/pubs just a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing retreat in the countryside.

As a larger group, we were allowed to stay with Ivan for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. House, pool and outside area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is magnificent. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The sweet house is so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, scenery and views. We were made to feel very welcome and the bunnies were the highlight of my daughter's holiday. Hammocks, outside chairs and loungers dotted around the garden meant you could find the perfect spot at any time of the day to relax or eat a meal. We BBQd on the fire pit and watched the sunset over dinner. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, the small pool and the ball games. The house is very comfortable and well equipped too. Highly recommend.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Beautiful, very clean and cozy place, with everything you need for your stay; very clean dishes, which is not obvious having traveled a lot. Mrs. Tanja gave us a welcome upon our arrival with a bottle of sparkling wine, snacks and fruits. Really a Super Host!!!! Highly recommended. A very nice outdoor space to take advantage of on the hottest days. We'll be happy to come back.

A perfect base in a seaside resort. You are just outside the hustle and bustle, so sleep peacefully. But within walking distance of the boulevard. The apartment is sparkling clean, has neat amenities and air conditioning. Nothing to say. Mihaela received us personally and was most friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped, it was just what were looking for.

The apartment was great, cozy, warm and clean. It has everything you need for a stay in the city. The area is also wonderful, bars, a bakery, shop and nice bar near by and also only a 15min walk to the city centre. Would highly recommed staying with Sonja and Lorenzo and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Zagreb

A place to stay for reference

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

The hosts were kind, responsive, and quick to reply to messages. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, located in a very quiet part of town (more like a village). Highly recommended!

Place as in the photos, neat and clean. Hostess accommodating. We also had bikes available. We were given recommendations for restaurants, pastry shops, etc. Great explained as far as finding the place and getting into the same. We enjoyed the peace, no noise. And when we wanted to visit the city center, we walked to the bus station for 10min and took a few stops to the center. Definitely recommend 😁

Highly recommend this place. It was fantastic (practical and logical furnishings and amenities, as well as spacious, tastefully decorated and superbly clean space). Location is perfect for getting into the center of things, to the train station, to hitting the highway out of town. Super walkable, quiet and safe vibes. Also the hosts were fantastic—helpful, lovely, responsive. Truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment—sad to have to leave, will book this place again when back in Ljubljana! :)
