Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

This unit is on the 1st floor at the rear of a building on NY route 365 and is compact but has good space utilization and is directly connected to a small café.

Just Air B&B guests stay at this newly remodeled home with brand new kitchen cabinets, counter, flooring and appliances. Comfortable, cozy living room and back sitting room with flat screens. Has eat in kitchen, laundry room, bath with shower and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new queen size bed , desk and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has new full size bed. Just 10 minutes from the Oriskany airport and to downtown Utica . Local steakhouse and bar just 3 minutes down the hill.

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
