The White House by Sonia is a charming, well-maintained traditional English home, beautifully decorated and perfect for larger groups (we were 8). It’s spacious and cozy, with a lovely basement room ideal for cooking and relaxing by the wood-burning stove. The location is convenient for reaching the beach, Margate town center, and all amenities. Sonia was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always quick to communicate. Highly recommended!

Laura's house is fabulous. It's comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for our Easter break. She was the perfect host. It was lovely being so close to the beach. It was a bit of a walk to Whitstable Harbour, but there are buses. There is also plentiful parking in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas at the Woodfire Kitchen, and super coffee and cake at the castle.

Thanks so much Dan, Emily and Joe. We had the best time. Beautiful, weather, lovely dinner out, a big walk to Broadstairs and an icy swim. Magic. House was perfect for us. So much space, comfy beds and had everything we needed.

It was a beautiful house that was spotlessly clean. It's in a fabulous location right near the train station and town. We had an issue that was responded to immediately. The host was extremely helpful and kept in touch to resolve the problem. I highly recommend a stay in this house. You will not be disappointed . We had a fabulous stay. I will definitely be going back.

Our stay at Andrea and Maitland's place was fantastic! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Communication was smooth and quick, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would love to stay again in the future. A perfect Airbnb experience!

Absolutely gorgeous stay at Debbie’s cottage for the Easter weekend! Central location but at the end of a peaceful mews so perfectly placed in the centre but also quiet and enclosed. Cottage has absolutely everything! A complete home from home! We even found some Easter side plates for our Easter Sunday breakfast. Lovely layout with super social lower ground floor space with kitchen, and loving sitting room on the ground floor. Beds were SO comfortable. And lovely and quiet at night even though we were in the heart of things. Ample puzzles, games, and books which we made the most of. The cottage helped us to really enjoy being together as a family without being attached to technology the whole time. Perfect walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants on the doorstep. The dog also loved it! And appreciated the lovely bed and toys! Thank you for the lovely welcome gift Debbie! And the recommendation for fish and chips was spot on!

We had an amazing stay at Abbie's place in Whitstable. We visited as a family of 6 - 3 generations and were extremely comfortable. You enter on the first floor where there is a double bedroom and bathroom which was perfect for the olds. The lounge on the next floor was great for chilling before heading out and our eldest son had use of the twin room and his own bathroom Up one more and that was our and our daughters - we unfortunately needed to share a bathroom with her 😂 The kitchen on the ground floor was exceptional. You certainly get a work out up and down the stairs. We were blessed with amazing weather and the house is located in a superb location with easy access to the high street, harbour, restaurants and The Twelve Taps 🍺 There is a car park right around the corner which made loading and unloading easy. Highly recommended from my side.

We dealt with Naomi rather than Jason - she was great and very attentive. The place was excellent and and as described, very clean. Would come again!

This is a beautifully decorated place with lots of character and vintage details, which made it a very pleasant place to stay in. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Be aware though that all the toilets/bathrooms are downstairs. The other downside was the technology and sofas are not that comfy for watching TV. But if you want to relax by listening to vinyl and playing the guitar, this is your place!

Rob’s place was lovely! Beautifully decorated and cosy with thoughtful touches. Everything was as described and we really felt at home. The location was great- close to the centre and everything in walking distance. Rob was really friendly and accommodating. All in all, a great stay and we’d recommend it! Thanks Rob!

Nigel was super responsive to all requests. The venue was the perfect backdrop for my wedding groomsparty preparation photos. Nigel was accommodating and explained everything well. The barman at the pub, Gary, was equally as helpful when it came to check-in and local food recommendations. The pub is awesome, well frequented, friendly and a really unique and cosy environment, which was perfect for a last few beers with friends before committing to married life. Thank you Nigel and Gary for everything.

Anne was a fantastic host, really lovely and accommodating. She kindly let us drop our bags off early which made a big difference to our first day. The arrival instructions were clear, it was easy to find and get inside, and we felt at home straight away. House was in a great location for exploring Canterbury and the welcome goodies that were left for us were very much appreciated! Thank you for our wonderful stay.

We love coming to Whistable and are regular visitors. First time in Julian’s place and it was great, the terraces just off the high street like his are perfectly located for the high street and the seafront so everything is right on your doorstep. The house itself is really well presented with a lovely open living dining room, well equipped kitchen and unlike many of the terraces it has the advantage of both a downstairs bathroom off the kitchen and unusually a full upstairs bathroom too. Bedrooms are cosy and comfy with a double and two singles so great for a small family. We also brought our puppy who was right at home, with food and water bowls in the kitchen and a sweet enclosed back garden. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Southend-on-Sea. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cute, welcoming vibe. It’s conveniently located close to local shops, cafes, and other amenities, which made everything super easy and enjoyable. The highlight, though, was the host—so friendly and accommodating! He came by a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. He greeted us warmly and gave us a great tour of the property, making us feel right at home from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting the area!

We had a fabulous time staying in Ramsgate between Xmas and New Year. We were two families spending some time together and the house was very comfortable for us all, with plenty of space for the teenagers in the group to take themselves off. The location is brilliant because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and surrounding areas. We walked to Broadstairs and Pegwell Bay which are both very scenic routes. Alot of the yachts were lit up in the harbour with Xmas lights so it felt very festive. There was also a lovely latern parade on New Years Eve which was fun to watch. We would love to return. There is no parking in the imediate road but we found spaces with no restrictions and a wide road in the Royal Esplande about a 5 min walk away from the house, so parking was easy there. Thanks to the team for making our stay so good and special thanks to Derek who helped with the recycling ready for New Years Eve!

This has to be the best Airbnb property we have stayed in. The house is just perfect, great location, easy to walk into Whitstable and to the harbour and beach. Off street parking a real bonus. Melanie is a real superhost, responds immediately, provides really helpful information and has a very friendly manner. She has furnished her house beautifully with many retro peices. Without a doubt we shall stay there again and recommend it to other people who are looking for a break in Whitstable. Thank you Melanie, our stay was a much needed tonic.

We had a wonderful stay in Karim‘s house. He was very helpful with any request that we had. Our stay was smooth and delightful and we enjoyed it very much. The house was big, in central Broadstairs and about 7 min from the beach as described on Airbnb. The only thing we found a little difficult was the explanation for Germans to start the heating but Karim helped immediately. For a house that size (it sleeps 10), we would have appreciated to have two or three sets of keys. Of course, there is the key holder but one just may forget to put the key in there…. However, we would come back anytime!

Wonderful place, full of character. Loved the fact we were on the seafront and we were incredibly lucky with the weather . Great places to eat nearby. Mary-Jo was very good in communicating and very kind in letting us stay on until the early afternoon as there was no one in directly following us which meant we had a very relaxing morning on the day we left. Great place for a few days break . Next time we’ll go by train as we walked everywhere. Highly recommended
