This was a wonderfully peaceful stay with luxurious fittings in a remote place! If you like peace outside the city this is a great place and we felt right at home here after settling in. Love the modern fireplace and well equipped kitchen! Markus was very responsive!!! Would rent from him anytime gladly and know I’m taken care of!

The apartment with a very well equipped kitchen was as described. Flexible and straightforward check-in. Questions were answered promptly and kindly by Aleksander. We were very satisfied with the stay.

A beautiful stay for those looking for peace and quiet and want to unwind comfortably in nature for a few days. Highly recommended and worth a visit again and again. Markus was a great host and always open to questions. Also and our dogs were very welcome and felt very comfortable.

Spacious apartment with a garden/terrace and an amazing location. It is the host’s own apartment and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Very nice neighborhood with several supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Very easy to get around on foot or by public transportation. Bus 13A and tram 49 stops literally outside the door and are very frequent. The U3 underground line is a a short walk away. The apartment is very quiet and remains cool in summer even when it is 35 degrees outside.

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for large groups, clean and very well equipped. It is close to the West Train Station and you can easily get there by tram or the metro. The host was very nice, quick communication, was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Definitely recommend it!

My sister and I had another comfortable stay at Phillip’s very clean, calm and well appointed apartment. First-rate, reasonably-priced restaurants, shops, supermarkets and open-air Rochusmarkt are within walking distance of the apartment. Large beds of tulips were in full bloom in nearby Arenbergpark where two WWII flak towers stubbornly stand surrounded by lovely Jugendstil apartment buildings that include Georg Berger’s Dannebergplatz 11.

Apartment is in nice area close to center of Vienna! We have find on street parking in same street where apartment is, with no charge on weekends. Tram station is very close. Bolt is cheap to get to the St Stephens Platz, but you can walk for 20 minutes to reach it on foot. Apartment is clean and big with new kitchen and comfy bed. Underfloor and electric heating works well. Good shower pressure. Private space in garden. Everything was wonderful! Thank you!

Alexander is perfection. He is the most attentive host you’ll ever find. His love of Vienna was contagious and we found ourselves enjoying our time there because we were caught up in the palpable excitement Alexander radiated when speaking with us. His recommendations were on point and exactly what we needed to see and do. His air bnb is just as described. We felt as though we had come home after a long vacation and were catching up with a friend in the most comfortable place. Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

Lovely apartment. There are 3 double bedrooms and a pull out couch. I don't think the extra room with the pink couch should be considered a place for someone to sleep. We were just 4 people so had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom especially the shower, are very nice. There was shampoo and body wash provided. Good location with a supermarket very close and places in walking distance. The tram is close by and the public transport around Vienna is excellent and easy to navigate.

Everything wonderful!!! Rudolf is extremely helpful and supportive if needed, otherwise you can fully enjoy the wonderfully private tranquility in the pleasantly spacious living suite, with great views from the salon into the directly adjacent garden with a pool. Lots of greenery, wonderful relaxation in excellent villa area, only a few meters to the forest adjacent to Lainzer Tiergarten. And also quick to get to Hietzing with good gastronomy options, organic bakery, organic natural food store and many shops. A warm thank you to Rudolf

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Wonderful place! Absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing and Michael and his family were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great for us. We would love to stay again if we were in Vienna in the future.

Clean and secure accomodation. Beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to city centre. Truly scrumptious bakery next to the apartment: the best topfenstrudel in Vienna. Michael is exception host, highly professional, nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

Small and nice place, i booked that for my parents in law ( we stayed somewhere else near) and they just were there for sleeping but klaus himself was nice, he was waiting for us in the street and explained everything that they need
