If you are fishing a tournament out of Winyah Bay, bass or redfish, this is the place to stay! Boat parking and easy turn around. Locked gate and quick access to Carroll Campbell landing and very economical. The house is spotless and brand new and has everything you need. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Wendy's place was very nice. We had plenty of room and we were comfortable. Wendy has been very informative and easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay at Wendy's again.

Oatland Plantation

one word... Dreamy ❤️ This rental was absolutely peaceful bliss. The property was stunning with wide open spaces, beautiful water, and abundant wildlife. The house was very cozy, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also a large enough space to gather in the living room and around the table. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans, which is rare for us to find in a rental and a bonus because we cook three meals a day. The front porch and screened porch were perfect for watching the sun rise over the pond each morning. Though it was a little cold for us to use the party barn it had a fun atmosphere and plenty of seating including a few of the famous Pawleys Island Hammock chairs. It was a peaceful and quiet retreat.

Oatland Riverfront Farm

When we drove through the surrounding neighborhood, we were not sure if the photos were accurate, but when you get to the end of the road, you come upon the beautiful property. The house was clean, except that the previous renters had left food in the refrigerator. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master bath. The wrap-around porch was a great place to relax and watch the sunrise. There is a pool, but the weather was too chilly to try it out, and there is a barbecue area, which we did not use but looked like it would come in handy for a large group in the summer. There was a pond out back, and a 1 mile dike that loops around a marsh and makes for a nice nature walk. Probably the biggest negative was that it is 30-40 minutes from a lot of places people go in that area, such as Pawley's Island, Litchfield Beach, or Murrell's Inlet. Nonetheless, we had a great stay there and William was a great and responsive host.
