This very clean condo is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200 ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and has a magnificent view of the sunrise from within the condo. Pool is super clean and maintained regularly. We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, keurig, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. Hot tub. We are happy to loan you beach chairs.
