Apartment holiday rentals in Wilmington

Great location for bars and restaurants. Really cool historic building. Amazingly clean apartment with very comfortable bedding. Fifth floor bar was loud but expected. The apartment was stocked with what we needed for our quick stay.

Charming, well-appointed, super clean, and quiet studio. Reasonably priced and Megan was responsive and at the ready to help with any needs. Definitely would stay here again!

We will definitely be staying at this airbnb again! The vibe was so cool and very spacious. The outdoor patio space is to die for and the location couldn't be better for walking to get groceries, coffee or a bite to eat. Truly one of my new favorite spots on Wrightsville Beach!

Very unique lovely space. Very clean, it is a studio but she did a very good job of making it feel like there are separate rooms. Noise outside can be loud as described so we brought an extra white noise machine and it was fine. We biked downtown from the airbnb. Great stay!

This is a great location for exploring downtown Wilmington. Lots of Restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the Riverwalk or most anything you might want to do downtown.

Lorraine’s place was so special. We traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair so that she and my dad could spend time with their grandchild. We have traveled all over the world with her and are used to having to figure out hacks/fixes to help her get around in all of those places. To be at Lorraine’s place, where accessibility was the priority, not an afterthought, was such a relief. We were grateful for the time together and the beach wheelchair so she could also go down to the water!

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

Great location. Pull out couch worked for two small kids. Having the side yard with direct access to unit was convenient for the do to go out .

Great home for the weekend, close to the beach and had all the amenities to cook and more! Beautiful outside patio and seating area. Bed extremely comfortable. We had to check in late and hosts were very accommodating and phenomenal!

Donna, one of the owners, met us and allowed us to check in early. She was super helpful, caring and accommodating. Perfect spot for a Long Beach weekend. Just love Kure Beach!

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

We have become regulars at Dan’s place. It is always very clean and stocked with everything we need. It is warm and very cozy during these cold days - perfect for watching football while having a bowl of chili on the super comfy sofa. My boyfriend sleeps better at Dan’s place than he does at home! Dan has been so accommodating and easy to communicate with each time we’ve stayed. We could not be happier with each stay and will continue to use Dan’s place as our “go-to” AirBnB in Wilmington! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Harry's place. The accommodations were just as described. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the Riverwalk. Harry was very responsive. We will definitely book with Harry next time we ae in the Wilmington area.

We had such a wonderful time here! Close to everything, walking distance to restaurants, access to the golf cart, which we enjoyed! Lee was very responsive, and kept us informed on the slight internet issue he was experiencing, which didn’t even bother us one bit. Would highly recommend this place. Marilyn's place was very clean and nice. Its location was exactly where I wanted to be and at a great price. Everything you need to live in the place and go to the beach or ride bikes is right there. Marilyn herself was highly responsive. I had a problem accessing AirBnb and she answered my text about getting in after 11:30 pm--highly unexpected but so appreciate it. 5 stars.

We had a great stay at Denise's place in Kure Beach. She was friendly, communicative, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. As other reviews have mentioned, the amount of amenities were more than any other Airbnb I've stayed in. Air fryer, two types of coffee machines (drip and Keurig), olive oil, Tupperware, basic spices, extra toilet paper, tampons, games, puzzles, beach equipment, etc. - the list is endless, and they truly made it feel like home. In term of other features, the beds were firm but comfortable, and the view was outstanding. We could see the ocean (and dolphins!) from the sofa. The community rec center was also nice to have access to, especially in the winter. it was easy to pop by for a swim and squeeze in a workout. Keep in mind that the location is about a 10-15 min drive to where restaurants and bars are, so you're away from all the action but in a peaceful spot.

Chuck and Jennifer were super responsive and quick to help get the ac fixed during our stay. 100% recommend!

Dianne and Mark were excellent hosts. They provided clear instructions for our check-in and were flexible with our check-in and check-out times due to the off-season. We felt right at home and found the space perfect for two people. The private and peaceful outdoor area was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the new hot tub! There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. We would love to return!

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, accommodated and satisfied overall. The Casita was so extremely clean It felt as if we were the first people to ever stay! The communication was amazing, location amazing, privacy was great. Loved the clean hot tub! I can confidently say we will definitely be returning many more times for plenty more weekend escapes and recommending this spot to family and friends.

A beautiful place, very relaxing and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. There’s even a closet full of games and books. One thing that could be made clearer is where to find the swimming pool. We never did make it over there. It’s not obvious from where our condo was situated.

This is a nice beach condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s peaceful and the sauna and hot tub at the recreation center was a favorite part. Just be sure to bring extra towels if you plan to go to pool/recreation center as there were only enough to shower with. Also bring toilet paper as there was not any extra. Still, really nice location on the beach.
