Located in a peaceful neighborhood of small town Neodesha, this restful, quiet home may be just the place you've been looking for to unplug and rewind. It's just a short walk to the public library, and you will pass a beautiful little park, complete with a historic caboose, on the way! Out the kitchen window you can see a basketball court, and just a little further away, a skate park. Livingroom with sofa pull-out, the Bedroom has a queen size bed & closet, full Kitchen in small scale (apartment size fridge & stove) bar area accommodates 2 with bar stools, laundry room equips stackable washer/dryer combo & mudroom closet, the necessary bathroom has shower, sink & toilet with a few essentials. Safe, fully fenced back yard.
