Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Beautifully renovated 1850's Coach House. This is part of a building that housed Queen Victoria's Equerries at Windsor Castle. Based in central Windsor with private parking, the property is an ideal place for a staycation. Mess about on the river (boating, paddle boarding, swimming) or visit the many beauty spots in the area. The hayloft is a self contained and beautiful quirky addition to a private family home within a courtyard, secure in a gated environment, close to Bracknell centre but giving the feel of being in the country. A lovely place to relax, and enjoy the pub down the road after a days work. Perfect for anyone working in Bracknell from time to time or on a weekly basis who wants to feel more at home when away. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

Our cosy cabin has a cosy living area with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, separate bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a 4ft double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Driveway parking space available on request (driveway may not be suitable for large vehicles, however there is plenty of free on street parking)

The cabin is a fun and light filled space, perfect for families or couples. It boasts its own private patio, which leads to a secluded secret garden with an outdoor roll top bath! Inside there is a pool table and Sky TV. It is in the garden of a family home, situated half a mile from Twyford station, allowing easy access to Henley-on-Thames and London via the Elizabeth line. The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Please read the full description. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from builders next door on weekdays between 8 am and 4.30 pm starting early November 2024.
