Ernie's house is fantastic, cozy, and a really nice setting. Ideal for traveling with children. There's nothing missing, it has everything! Close to many places to see on your route through Switzerland! And what about Ernie, attentive, accessible, friendly and always attentive to what we need. We'll be back for sure! Thank you for everything Ernie!

We spent five unique and wonderful days in the mill. The place is simply indescribably beautiful and cozy, we felt extremely comfortable in these old walls that have been so wonderfully restored and certainly could tell so many stories. During the day, we explored the waterfalls in the surrounding region of the beautiful and hitherto unknown Tösstal on foot and found an opportunity to indulge in winter/spring bathing. On our hikes and walks, we were able to collect many wild herbs that enriched our dinners culinary. Yves, as a very attentive host, gave us many helpful tips for our excursions and pampered us with fine, fresh eggs that Appenzeller beard chickens. Eva (who was absent for the first few days) also embellished our stay with her warmth and expertise. We will definitely be back, we are so grateful for these beautiful days.

Great place, very big and clean

Mathias was friendly and always replied fast if we needed to get more information. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Overall we liked it!

Sandra welcomed us very nicely. The property is clean and well-maintained, we felt very comfortable. You just feel like you're at home here. Will definitely visit again.

Didier is the best host ever met, he helps a lot during visit (he borrow special adapter for laptop, give an extra tea for my family during stay at his home, information how to get to Zurich), he always answered in short time. We was warmly welcomed by host personally (despite the late hour of our arrive), Nina (Didier's wife) prepare a hot tea for welcome us :) The place is amazing, there is beautiful flat in quiet cottage on village. District is safety, we felt safety too, we left our bikes outside during day and night, the car was all time open. There was also place for parking a car. The flat is well equipment, there is everything You need to life, kitchen is new and beauty like rest of the flat. There is fireplace what create an pleasant and cosy atmosphere. The flat was super clean. Didier is very communicative, more over he spoke in four languages: germany, french, english and italian. His wife, Nina knows also a spanish :) We felt there like an family home. We recommend them:)

We felt right at home from the beginning. Fresh linens + towels, so like at home. Without a car there is bad, it is bad because you are there for hiking.
