Our stay was perfect! The apartment ( small house almost !) is spacious and clean, and has all of the amenities you could want for your stay. The location and neighbourhood is 10/10!! We walked to the beach and had breakfast along the water most days! Brooke was so easy to communicate with and we felt right at home. We were greeted with some lovely welcome snacks and all the essentials for our stay. The recommendations on where to eat etc were so good also. We would definitely stay here again ! Thanks for having us Brooke !

This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

We stayed with two kids. The house was great. Everything we needed including access to a good laundry, nice bathroom and kitchen facilities, comfy beds with nice linen, plenty of space. A really lovely courtyard. A very short walk to Hyde Park, a great cafe and Beaufort St restaurants and bars. An easy drive into the CBD, beaches and Kings Park. We will stay again!

Great accommodation. Just as described. We were visiting Perth for our daughter to compete at track and field championships. Travelling with our family of 4 as well as extended family (grandparents, aunt). Plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as plenty of space to not be in each others way. Close to the beach. Great to see the sun set over Indian Ocean each day. Would def come back next time we are in Perth.

Ashley’s place was absolutely fantastic — I couldn’t recommend it more! The house is full of charm, and the deck was a real highlight: spacious, beautiful, and perfect for watching sunsets. Plus, the location was unbeatable, with so much to explore around Fremantle. Also want to call out the extremely comfortable beds! Everyone loved the house! Will certainly be back!

Great place to stay for my friend’s 40th birthday holiday. There was 9 of us which made it affordable. Getting to transportation was easy and not too expensive for being outside the city. The house was bigger than expected with lots of space to spread out. Had a great time.

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

We loved this house and appreciated the personal touches Melanie added to our welcome. We were able to spend three days with our children and grandchildren in such an amazing environment. The outdoor area was great and the rooms were large and comfortable. Boxing Day was fantastic watching the cricket on the outside TV. We would stay here again.
