The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Cosy cottage set in a quiet mews in the centre of Witney. Secluded wisteria covered courtyard garden. (SW facing) Sleeps 6, 2 double beds and 1 single bed in 3rd bedroom. (the 3rd bedroom is small 2m x 2.7m it has a single bed with a pull out mattress to make it a double) off street parking for 2 cars. Walking distance from Cogges farm and High street. Blenheim palace is only 5m away. There are numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Estelle Manor is less than a mile away

The Hen Hut is a warm, self contained annex in the grounds of Casio Cottage on the outskirts of Shilton, a quintessential English village. The medieval town of Burford is within walking distance. Shilton surrounds the Shil Brook and pond. It is mentioned in a document from 1205 as a small farming village. Later, it became a thriving farming community. The local pub, the Rose and Crown dates from the 1600s. The village was featured in the popular television series, Downton Abbey.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... . Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar with two stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and beyond.

Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, gateway to the Cotswolds, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is not enclosed. Bus services from Oxford and Banbury, a short drive to many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the entrance.

A sunny, self-contained studio flat with its own entrance, outdoor seating and off-road parking situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.
