We had a wonderful New Year's Eve stay at this great located house in the Eifel! The accommodation was not only spotlessly clean, but also provided everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly enthusiastic about the converted barn, which was equipped with a dart game, pool table, foosball and air hockey – a real highlight for the whole family and friends! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well maintained. The quiet location in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Eifel has perfectly rounded off our stay. Perfect for hikes in the Eifel. A big thank you to the host Christoph, who was very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Very nice and clean place. Lots of little things available like pepper/salt/ cooking oil. Surrounding very peaceful and quiet. Jacuzzi nice and warm. Supermarket and restaurant on walking distance. Outside the village nice walking trails.

Super nice and fast contact, responded well to any questions. Bottle of wine and chocolate to welcome you was attentive, we will be happy to come back. The apartment is nicely decorated, oil, coffee, tea is even available. The hot tub and barrel sauna are the highlights. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city by car. Thanks Engin

We were only in this great tiny house for 2 days but felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was as described, the equipment of the kitchen was very good. The place was super clean and everything in great condition. The communication with Franz was great and totally friendly. Can only recommend it.

Our 1-week vacation in Jürgen's house left nothing to be desired! Expectations were far surpassed. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately the vacation was over. Jürgen is an extraordinarily attentive, generous and friendly host who lovingly took care of everything. We can only recommend the accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

This was the 2nd time I came here and again, I was so pleased with our stay! My pets, Cooper & Norbert, were welcome too and they felt at ease straight away! Clean, cozy house and a beautiful region to explore!

We had a wonderful two day hiking vacation with four of us at this great place! The location is ideal – you can hike directly from the property. A day trip to Traben-Trarbach with a hike is also highly recommended. The tiny house is superbly equipped. Especially the kitchen has everything you need – a big plus. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for the first coffee! The living room with the great panoramic window invites you to relax. The shower and bathroom also surprised us positively – a really good size for a tiny house. Another highlight was the sauna. It has plenty of room for four people to sit, or for three if someone wants to lie down. The wood is high quality, the performance of the sauna top, and even infusion was available – a great detail! In addition, there are two e-bikes to rent, but we did not use them. All in all, the place was perfect for the four of us

The accommodation is located in a quiet village near Cochem. We were there in the off season and accordingly everything was closed. By car, however, you can reach within 20 minutes. Cochem where it's really nice! The layout with the floors was first used to, as there is bathroom in the hallway and the living room on the 3rd floor. This would have been difficult for my dog, but it wasn't there. View of the Mosel, very nice, quiet surroundings. We felt very comfortable!!

Katharinas and Bram's place is very nice, very clean, nice and quiet and tastefully decorated. Communication was very, very good. It was nice that you could use the public transport in the area for free. We felt very comfortable. Thanks a bunch

The floor plan, the two bathrooms and the 4 rooms were ideal for us 4 couples - we could cook together, eat, sit and play together. The surrounding area was also ideal for diverse hikes. After a bulk shopping at the globe in Zell, we were sufficiently cared for and didn't need any further shopping opportunities. The equipment of the kitchen (especially the large cooking pot), the cooling facilities on the balcony and the spacious hallway were well suited for many people. 3 parking spaces in front of the door were also very good. Since it is heated with oil, it smells a little like in the apartment. When booking, it should be noted that the consumed additional costs are added at the price. Communication with the host was very kind.

We especially liked the equipment (sauna, whirlpool tub, games, massage chair, toys), underfloor heating and cleanliness. The property can be reached by public transport, you then have a cozy bus ride from/to Koblenz or Bad Kreuznach, which takes a little longer. But it's possible. There are plenty of walking and entertainment options so we didn't want to go anywhere else.

good communication, very clean accommodation

We had a wonderful weekend at Michael's place! The house was very clean and the space was great. We are always extra prepared when going to AirBnB's (with spices, olive oil, dishwashing towel etc.) but this was completely unnecessary - everything was available and thought of. There are brochures with recommendations for things to do around the neighbourhoud or restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket in the village and we went to hike the Teufelsschlucht for which the starting point was only a 20min drive. Would definitely recommend!

We were welcomed hospitably, and it is a very sweet and friendly hostess. You could fall back on her when it was needed, and she responded to your messages right away. The house looks very nicely maintained and clean. Everything is present and you have all the comforts, such as a private parking space. Good bed, so you could sleep well, with a lovely nice quiet area on top of a hill between the vineyards in Trier. You will imagine yourself in an oasis of peace. The center of the heart of Trier can be easily reached in 10 minutes by car. The hostess also knows how to recommend the right restaurants and/or make a reservation. There are also booklets about the area in English. A beautiful old town where there are many sights to see. We look back on a wonderfully relaxing weekend, in a beautiful location. It is definitely a recommendation and we will definitely go back again!

Great location for hikes with a dog. You are looking forward to a nice soup from the well-equipped kitchen by the fireplace. Very nice house furnished with a lot of sense for old building fabric. An eye-catcher!

We were kindly received and immediately received a lot of information about the region. There was coffee, water, tea, etc. ready for us. The cottage was bigger than expected and was very clean. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The few questions we had were also answered directly.

Andrea was a great host. Very friendly, polite likeable & punctual. The property offers shopping within walking distance, from Rewe to Aldi and Lidl to dm, Deichmann or Tedi. Doctors and pharmacies are also within reach. Andrea even provided great excursions and tips. The accommodation is spacious has a nice garden, is clean & well maintained. Ample parking is available in front of the door. Since it is an old farmhouse that has been converted, the floor squeaks a bit, but that doesn't bother you at all. In a 5-minute walk you are in a playground. The kitchen is equipped with any wishes, except a microwave, which did not bother us further. Sheets, towels and other hygiene products were also provided by the hostess. We were on site with 9 adults and 2 children and we had enough space. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
