Cabin holiday rentals in Wombeyan Caves

We loved our stay. A real find, great place to base yourself to discover the blue mountains. Well laid out accommodation with a number of added features. The bird feeder outside the dining room window is inspired.

Julian and André provided very clear and useful instructions/directions on how to get to the private airbnb from the main road as it is quite off track. The spa was perfectly maintained and clean. Lovely fresh towels and linen provided. The room was set up very cute and very inviting, would definitely stay again for a weekend. Thanks both!

My partner and I really needed a few days away and Debbie’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We felt comfortable, safe and the place was beautiful! Debbie was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end, her instructions and communication being clear and easy to understand. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was so peaceful and wonderful. If you are looking for a quite getaway for you and your significant other, I would 100% recommend Debbie and Jason’s Charlie-Ville! :)

Honestly had the best time, My girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday over the weekend and we had the most relaxing and enjoyable trip. 100% will be recommending to friends , everything was perfect and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful , check in was easy , plenty of suggestions for activities and walks. The lay out of the property was impressive as there are neighbouring chalets but placed well, so felt very private still. 10/10 lovely experience, will be back

We loved our short stay. It was peaceful and quiet with a great view. The cabin was cosy and comfortable. Great location, quick drive to cafes, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a day trip to Kangara-Boyd National Park and came home for a warm spa bath! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We wanted privacy and the Artists studio was exactly that No one around. No one to be seen. Didn’t hear anything except wild life and the creek bubbling beside the cabin. Went for a walk and found the creek which always beautifully natural. This place has everything needed to just relax.

We had such a great time at River Island Nature Resort! The location is beautiful, and Manuel was awesome—he gave us heaps of great tips on 4WD tracks and things to do. Driving up the river and floating back to camp was such a fun experience! The road to the property was being fixed while we were there, and it was much smoother on the way out, which was great to see. The new owners are really putting effort into the place, and we’re excited to come back and see what else they’ve done. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and adventurous getaway!

We stayed here for a week with our family of 7 (including 2 young kids) and it was excellent. Even before arriving, we received a very comprehensive and warm welcome message with useful instructions, advice and local recommendations, which we found very helpful. The place was very clean, private, true to the description and had many small thoughful touches throughout the house that made it really feel like a home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the late check-out time. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful piece of paradise, think quiet and private with the sound of water lapping at the edges of the bay! Plenty of Sunny spots to enjoy and a nice walk around the surrounding streets. I even found some nice bush walks to explore! The home was decorated beautifully with a coastal feel. Clean and clutter free! Thank you!

We had a lovely one night stay at Madeleine’s place! Had everything we needed for a comfortable night. Bonus fire pit and outdoor bath made it extra special. Would definitely recommend

Jenny’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the shops so super convenient. The beach was quiet even on a 27 degree Sunday and great for dog walking in the morning. The garden was fully fenced so very pet friendly and very relaxing to sit in. Both the queen bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The house had everything needed for a great stay including a range of kids toys. I would highly recommend Jenny’s place.

It was a beautiful and peaceful stay. Great for families and young children. Easy to find and conveniently located near train station and shopping mall.

We had a lovely one night stay at Joanna’s little cottage. The room is clean and cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Instructions are amazing and very easy to follow. Thank you Joanna! Will stay again when around.

Jan was very welcoming and we felt quite at home. Cottage was perfectly located for a stay with our puppy with access to Dog park across the road and a great waterfall walk where we could take him.

Stay was fantastic. Great panoramic views. So close to water, food, playground. I also left some belongings behind & Vickie was extremely proactive & helpful in sending them back for me. Could not recommend highly enough. Great all round stay & experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks just like the pictures a d even though the cottage is right next to the main house, it feels private and secluded. Caroline was very helpful with our request for a pedestal fan for upstairs and also with some local sightseeing opportunities. Highly recommend ❤️

We enjoyed two nights at this beautiful cabin to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Kyle and Jason were lovely hosts who communicated all the relevant details we needed for a seamless check-in and check out. We felt very welcome, and appreciated all the personal touches - thank you! The cabin is secluded and private, with curated and thoughtful decor and furnishings. We really enjoyed the rest and relaxation. The location is amazing, close to so many awesome walking trails, cafes, galleries and nearby towns to explore. Highly recommend and we would love to come back again.

Exceed all expectations. Even better than the photos. Gen’s place is absolutely perfect. She has thought of every final touch and even went above with fresh danish and sparkling wine, milk, soft drinks and snacks left for us on arrival. We loved enjoying the beautiful books, magazines and playing cards whilst sitting on the incredibly picturesque desk. The bikes provided allowed us to explore the beautiful town and local wineries. Such a thoughtful addition to the cabin. The fire was perfectly setup to ensure we could have an evening fire with no fuss and the outdoor bath was just so so heavenly!! The heated towel rack, the linen, the blankets for the cooler mornings on the deck - I could go on. Even the hand soap and body wash was luxurious. The cabin had absolutely everything to allow for a romantic, relaxing, private, fun, incredibly quiet weekend away. Thanks Gen 🌸

Highly recommend Daniel’s place. Gorgeous little cottage with everything we needed. Private and peaceful. Excellent location for mountain trips and eating spots in town. Would stay again!

Beautiful, good sized home with space for a family (with older kids as lots of stairs) or 2 or 3 couples. Lovely outlook, plenty of dining space, lounge seating, study/ business desk plus outdoor seating. Great kitchen with everything you need to good full meals and full sized fridge. We loved that out dog could join us on our holiday We will go back if we can!

A fantastic place to stay, set in a stunning and very tranquil location. The unit is in pristine condition and fitted out immaculately with everything that you could ever need. I had 2 incredible nights here around my wedding day which featured 2 incredible nights sleep, a fantastic venue for getting ready, and amazing flexibility from host Julie who could not have been any more wonderful & accommodating. We cannot recommend a stay here enough- thank you Julie!!!
