Cottage holiday rentals in Woodhall Spa

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

A lovely couple of days. Felt very relaxed and at home. Everywhere was spotless. Amazing hot tub. We didn't want to leave.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. It was absolutely perfect! And the host was fabulous! Lots of treats and extras, even for the dogs too. The accommodation is of a very high standard, with a huge long garden. Plenty of room for a game of football with the grandchildren. Our mini break was extremely relaxing, we felt very welcome and will definitely be booking again.

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Thank you, Darryll and Stephen, for such a pleasant weekend staying at your beautiful cottage ('The End Cottage') in the grounds of your family home. It was all so tranquil. An absolute highlight were the beds... SO COMFY!! We also particularly appreciated the classy touches such as welcome basket (local eggs, fresh coffee, etc.) and the beautiful smells in the room from the reed diffusers, and the quialty hand soaps, shower gel, etc. Finally, thank you for such kindness in offering the flexiblity of the late check out to support with the Boston marathon that I was running on the Sunday - really thoughtful and much appreciated! Wow just wow. The cottage was just as described and more. We were welcomed with open arms. Accommodated to our arrival time. The cottage was lovely and warm, straight away we felt at home. A lovely card welcoming us with WiFi details, a welcome pack with information of local details including takeaways. The kitchen was fully equipped which also included fresh milk, bread, biscuits, butter, jam, water, tea, coffee and sugar etc. The location was peaceful with beautiful gardens. Situated within short distance of lovely beaches and towns. We really couldn’t recommend this cottage enough. Thank you Joanne and Glenn for being fantastic hosts.

We have stayed at this fabulous home many times. We love everything about the home and location. Juliet is a wonderful host and very friendly. Have booked two more visits. So peaceful yet not far from the action if that’s what you’re looking for. Just love ❤️ it here.

Completely blown away by our short bank holiday stay 😍 The accommodation was beyond my expectations, from a flexible, super easy check in, to a home from home cottage this place has got it all. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much larger than expected and so peaceful. I really hope to visit again soon. Just what I needed with my mum. Thank you both.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with the convenience of being located a walkable distance into Lincoln. Such a comfortable stay, everything thought of and plenty of space. Immaculately clean! We appreciated the welcome pack of milk, juice and tasty treats. Graham was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to all and we would love to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

Jill’s place was lovely. We had such a cosy, peaceful weekend. The property was super clean. It had everything you’d need. Every room was interesting and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

A gorgeous comfortable cottage. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean throughout. Tracy has great attention to detail and it is a lovely place to stay. It is in a good location, not far outside of Lincoln with a bus route right outside. A great local pub with good food only a few minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.
