Our stay was very comfortable; the house was roomy, spotlessly clean and well presented. The location was fabulous and only a stones throw from some of the popular walks in the area. We would stay there again. Car parking is on the street and the village was very busy when we stayed, so we had to leave the cars a hundred meters, or so, from the house. However, it felt safe enough to leave the cars out of sight.

Brilliant stay ! Could not of asked for more , Jade has thought of everything really made it feel like home to home , lovely peaceful location however only 20 min drive to the main part of Blackpool ! Would definitely recommend and we will 100% be returning ! Thank you so much for a perfect weekend away ! :)

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Drift Barn while visiting family in Liverpool. Lovely accommodation - nicely converted barn. Easy to find with great directions from host. Good layout downstairs and everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host even left us fresh bread, milk and butter so we didn’t need to dash to the shops on arrival - local amenities are less than a 5 minute walk away. As there were only to two of us we used the largest bedroom, which was spacious with such a comfortable bed! However, the other bedroom looked lovely too. Since our return we have also recommended it to a friend who is due to visit Liverpool shortly. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Tip: if planning on travelling across the Mersey Gateway toll bridge into Liverpool, do download the Merseyflow app to automatically pay for your crossings.

Ideally located for amenities and walking by the canal

Really lovely property, nicely decorated and in a great location. The only downside is how noisy the road is, made it quite difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. Earplugs were provided but didn't help too much.

Honestly the photos didn’t do this place justice, lovely and spacious place. Perfect location for me and my friends climbing in the peaks. Would highly recommend.

Really nice place and easy to access.

By far the best Air BnB experience we’ve had. From start to finish, we’ve had a blissful weekend. We arrived to a pristinely clean cabin. Ian popped over early evening to check all was okay, which was very much appreciated. The hot water went on the Friday evening however we didn’t bother Ian until Saturday morning. He came as soon as we called, and then he called an electrician. All was sorted by the time we returned from our walk. On the Sunday before check out, Ian and Ann kindly showed us around their farm which was such a highlight. A lovely stay, which super kind and friendly hosts.
