Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

Beautiful spot on the water! Very cozy and warm interior. It was a bonus not having to bring a pack&play. Loved that the listing was very detailed with accurate photos. Would love to come back!

The place was Awsome. It was Clean and Spacious. Had to walk up some steps but once I did that I was Pleasantly Suprised. Quiet and in the middle of shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a Nice Quaint spot, THIS IS IT! Book them! You won't be disappointed 😌

For a historic building, the place is maintained exceptionally well. The rooms are all newly renovated, spacious and clean. However, because it is an old building, some squeaks in the floor and pipes are inevitable. Especially for the bedroom on the first floor, there will be constant noises from the heater and pipes. But, other than that, the place is beautiful and we generally enjoyed our stay!

We were so happy with the rental and wish we could have stayed longer! The views are wonderful, especially the sunset, and you can see water from just about everywhere in the house. It was also spotless. Usually homes near the beach you find sand in some places, but I was impressed how clean it was. My husband and I both found the master bed super comfortable. It was freezing cold so we didn’t get any time to enjoy the decks, but the morning we were leaving we were able to stop at the water for the kids to find some shells. My two young kids keep asking to go back to ‘the new beach house’. Easy drive to West Island in the summer and close to some restaurants & New Bedford downtown is not far for even more options. Would love to make it back in a warmer month to get the full experience.

quaint little cottage!!!! easy access to restaurants.. shopping... groceries.... responsive host with excellent communication!!! Great books and information about the area.. and surrounding areas!!!!

Looked exactly as pictured, great spot for couple. Easy walk to beach and Newport Cliff Walk. Downtown Newport 5-7 minute drive.
